Absolutely the worst. Zero stars! Arrived late. Took double the time estimated with 4 movers; only 2 actually moved anything. Took 90 minutes to travel 15 miles. Damaged furniture and did not disclose. Left items at the "moving from" location. Trying to put it behind us and forget; easier said than done. Stay far away.

Well folks my wife contracted with this moving company. We were scheduled on July 30, 2020 my wife was told the process would start some time 12:40p ish. We waited until about 3p no communications. My wife called the company back frustrated the manager just cancel us and gave us a credit leaving us hanging! REALLY. We had a simple move 05 to 25 mile move but we didn't really have any boxers therefore it was very difficult to get a moving company to even talk to us. We had 16 pieces of furniture call this company and it is two Miles over the line into Massachusetts. This company is not reliable they promised us they would call us at 6 o'clock and when my nephew called today to ask why they didn't call they said I had canceled which I did not they are out and outlying do not use this company unless you want to be scammed

I'm not one to go out of my way to bash a company, but for the disaster All My Sons Moving & Storage caused my family & I yesterday, I feel it is extremely important to share my experience to ensure not another family goes through the unprofessionalism that I had. If I could give zero stars I would... because that is all that I got from All My Sons Moving Company this weekend. UNRELIABLE, TIME WASTED, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE - GO ANYWHERE ELSE. Made a reservation a week ago for a Saturday move. They made an error and called me all week to confirm the wrong date. We scheduled for them to come between 8am-10am Sunday to help us move furniture into our 1-bedroom Apartment. Sunday morning they called to say their driver called out and they wouldn't be able to come at the agreed upon time. They finally got 2 movers to our apartment over 7 hours later, with a 26-foot moving truck to move furniture for a 1 bedroom apartment. Had an appointment with estimator who never showed up. I received a call from the office stating that their guy was too far away to come out. When I did get a price, they were 3 times higher than everyone else. When I mentioned that, their response to me was, "well, we are real professionals so we charge more." I don't know what that means. Check the Better Business Bureau's website for accredited movers. That's what I eventually did and found a great company.

I cannot warn you enough to steer clear of this company. I called them for a quote - nothing more, nothing less - and they have spent the past two weeks bombarding me with telephone calls. They have called me multiple times per day and have left multiple voicemails. Terrible Experience. Do not use this company. This fall my sister and I helped my mother move from NY to NC last Fall. It was a big trip and there was a lot to be done. They arrived 5 hours after the scheduled time (2PM instead of 9AM). We had packed up the majority of the boxes but there was a good amount of furniture they had to deal with.
