For the Houston Location The worse moving company ever. Do not recommend this company at all they robbed me and was not honest. I was quoted $500 to move 3 beds, 3tv's, 3 dressers and a few boxes. They didn't have to pack anything for me. The only thing they had to do was take the beds apart that was it. I had everything ready for them to take out. Do not use this company, especially if you need to place your items in storage for a period of time. They lost and broke so many of my items, and then were complete clowns afterwards. First they said my missing items were on the truck back to me, then someone forgot them, then o found out they were closed. They didn't give me an inventory list so other things are most likely missing. they told me their manager was on vacation or on a job every time i called until i realized it was just part of their protocol. i'm trying to r... read more

ATTENTION BEWARE!!!!!! I got a reasonable quote for moving, set up a date, paid a deposit... next day I get a call from "All My Sons Moving" telling me my move will be THREE times the amount I agreed to!!!!!! Left me in a major predicament, had to scramble to figure about another plan. Please be aware of this company.

I have used this company for 2 moves and will not use them again. I always pack my own things to be sure to minimize any breakage- this last move the carelessness and complete disregard for my belongs by the movers was beyond comprehension. Beds badly damaged, a $3000 leather recliner wrapped in packing tape (not covered properly) dining room table started wrapped properly and delivered NOT wrapped with gouges in the wood on top! I scheduled this company to do a site visit 3 times, and they cancelled on me each time. At least the first 2 times they called to let me know. The final time I called them when they no-showed and was told "someone" had cancelled it. Very disappointing way to run such a well known a business. I found a local mover and was very happy.

This was the worst moving experience ever. If you care at all about your moving day, please stay away from here. They are rude, inconsiderate & will cancel move day of. One of the sons might be on their period & leave you high & dry. Don't use them!! They will then say that they have so much business, they can choose who they work with. How about we humble a company that is apparently so busy they've become unappreciative of their customers. Luckily a great moving company stepped in & saved the day. Well I guess I'll just add to the list of negative reviews. They actually completed 2 moves for us, the first one was actually good. Older and more professional group of men. Second move, not so! Young guys that were not very professional, damaged a lot things including a wall and furniture, they were in a big hurry to finish. We filed a claim and had not signed it yet, then found others items that we damaged, but they said we could not add to the claim. I guess we will not be using them again.

Sounds like Rachel D had the same movers I had. They sent a very young crew of three. One was diligent and working- the other two playing games and talking on phone. Lots of breaks. NOT PROFESSIONAL, NOT GOOD PACE. Only 7 things to move a very short distance. Terrible experience. We scheduled out across states move back in April. They pushed our move back 48 hrs the night before at 6 pm! They did nothing to help. None of the other branches would help. Very disappointed. We ended up not using them and are waiting for our deposit back. Look at local companies first! Thanks and good luck!
