Don’t use them. They won’t give me back my keys! Asked if I should get the authorities involved and was told “go ahead and call the police”. Stay away!
BUYER BEWARE!!! They cancelled at 8:00am today- Friday - our moving day! They were supposed to be here between 8:00am-10:00am. They said they couldn't move us until Tuesday!!! We have to be out today! Now we are scrambling to find movers and no one is available. They didn't even try to find other movers for us. They said it wasn't their job. Do not book with them!!
RecommendedThis company is a joke. Slow lazy movers, zero customer service, local “manager” is Charlotte is clueless, damaged items which a claim was filed for. Do yourself a favor, use someone else.
Horrible. Do not use this company. They damaged every piece of furniture they touched. They did not have the tools needed to move without causing damage. Every member of the team was always in a hurry. They damaged the walls in our home causing over $2000 in repairs and we had to pay for these repairs in order to get the house ready to sell. The scratched the hardwood floors and that cost $900 to get repaired. They also damaged our sleep number mattress. It is still useable but it cannot be raised without the mattress movi... read more
The “best moving experience” was the promise, however they delivered the worst experience. Quoted $4000, charged me $7,000 and well over $10,000 in damages to my floors, appliances, TVs and much more. Pictures say it all. Giving them a chance to make it right before I seek legal council.
I would NEVER recommend them! They PURPOSELY broke my bed frame (headboard & footboard) on their truck. They did not unpack my items. Once I told them I was going to cut the package and see if it was broke - the driver (there were 3 of them) asked for a tip and left BEFORE I cut it opened. Once I opened it, seen it was damaged, I called the guy to the point he BLOCKED me! The office kept me on hold and transferred me. The moving men were great. It's the poor customer service response from the office that's the problems. A hole was punched in my wall and they refuse to respond to my phone calls on what they are going to do about it.
The worst movers. I asked them to wear masks and they refused. I asked one to stand six feet away and he responded by saying you believe all this COVID stuff. They also overcharged me. I had to call and tell the office I was overcharged. I was told I would get a credit. I have yet to see this credit.
Steven and his crew were very professional; they worked tirelessly and carefully to move my belongings to my new home. I have moved many times, and I have never had a moving crew wrap my sofas, chairs, and other items in plastic wrap as an additional protection from dust, dirt, and unwanted marks. Kudos to All My Sons for their impressive hiring practice and training program! Thanks!!! Kathie D
