RecommendedStephen, James and Malik were professional, organized hard working and helped move items left in a storage unit packed from a cross country move by an AZ mover who had left it unsafe for my 83yr old Dad. I only wish we had known about them and had hired All My Sons from the start. Thank you for all you did and taking on this dangerous challenge.
Overall the experience was fantastic. There was pricing confusion, most likely due to a system glitch, but Ruth was able to explain that error. The only thing I will say is this, if you have any specialty furniture like a big executive desk, or any homemade furniture that will need to be disassembled, make sure you talk about before hand. Extremely poor service. The company showed up with an insufficiently sized truck, sloppily dressed personnel, and barely spoke English. They left the move site with our performing any services. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs!
I have paid for movers every time I moved. I moved all around the country and this will be my first bad review. I have many damaged items. My things sat in their truck unprotected. They damaged doorways into the house. They well underestimated the time it would take. On the first day they disappeared for hours. I was charged over 7 hours for a 2 bedroom condo. I had a great experience with All My Sons Moving from the initial contact until the final box was unloaded. Stephen, Laurence, Brian and Cameron all treated me very well. Cameron and the moving team worked hard and were very polite. They wrapped all of the furniture and I couldn’t believe how strong those guys were. I appreciated the call from the office checking up on the move. I highly recommend All my Sons moving as they were the smoothest part of selling my house.
Better customer services very nasty people and will not accommodate you in anyway or form they tell you one thing when you call for quotes and it sounds wonderful and then when time to deliver surprise it took nine hrs to move a two bedroom apartment and then left my bedroom set off if truck because there was no room and then going to charge to come back for it it was a move from hell
This was my first experience hiring a company to pack and move, and I’m so glad I found All My Sons and booked them! Darrel Lawson was in charge of my move and did such an excellent and professional job. I hadn’t realized how much stuff I had left to pack so the job took much longer than anticipated, but Darrel and his crew (I think Brandon and Josh) didn’t complain once and got everything I wanted packed and in the truck!
