If I could give a negative number for the review I would. Not only were 2/3 of my moving team incompetent and unprofessional, the operations Manager, Louis and his counterpart are too. When I spoke to dispatch to communicate the details of my move, I expressed that though the freight elevator would not be accessible until 10 AM, the crew should arrive earlier to wrap and package my belongings. Very dishonest. We paid a lot of money to get our stuff moved 30 minutes away from the first location. We packed everything up ourselves to have the boxes ready, with the exception of our TVs and Beds. When we originally called we were told that they would take the beds apart and put it back together in the final destination, and that they would provide boxing for the TVs. This is a SCAM moving company. They agreed for a date and time and a price. The workers showed up 3 hours late..I felt bad for them because it's obvious the company works them waaaay too hard. After the move was completed, the management added $600 to the bill. This is the very first moving company that I'm actually posting a negative review on. Do not trust the management of this company.

Don't Trust AMS. They will disappoint you and mock on the phone you when you point out they did not honor their word. After several calls and emails over the past six days, I have been told to call back later by staff. Today after explaining the situation again, AMS Boynton Beach has made it clear they intend to make any effort to speak with management an arduous process in the attempt to have me give up. This was the absolute WORST experience of my life. These people are absolutely horrible and their boss Tyler is just as bad! Tyler can be reached at 5614753493 and he will be more than happy to lie to your face in order to protect his failing company's reputation. They made false promises, they were disrespectful to me and my wife, and one of their employees (Anton Mckenny) said "fu#k you" under his breath directed at me. If I could give a negative star I would. This company prides itself on their employees having a background check, but clearly that means NOTHING!! I hired this company since it was a fairly large one hoping to receive great service...NOT!! I reserved three men to move my belongings from a storage unit to my home. Low and behold one, if not all involved stole a handheld radio from my garage. I'm not talking about a cheap radio, they stole my portable handheld JBL boombox radio worth $500. Beware - this company demands a deposit before they will even give you an estimate! The rep was sugary sweet, and demanding of the deposit. We went with a mover that did an in-person tour and estimate. Be careful with this company!

ALL MY SONS MOVING & STORAGE IS A HUGH RIP OFF!!!!!!!! Please do not use them. If you go to their website all their reviews are "5 Stars", now I know why. All the reviews on yelp/facebook are "1 Star". I have learned my lesson to check multiple media venues for reviews. They did damage to my new home I purchased - the staircase. They also ruined an expensive dresser of mine. the dresser is completely scratched everywhere, and it is wood - so it is easily visible. Aside from that, the bottom drawer has been jammed. The dresser was the first nice thing my fiancé and I ever purchased, so we were extremely upset. Let alone that they broke the staircase pedestals.
