Had an excellent experience with Chris and Dallas. Super friendly, careful with items, pointed out things we needed to know. Went from Houston to Palestine. Showed up on time, worked efficiently and had a great attitude all day. Nothing was damaged, they took care of everything we asked of them. No complaints at all

Excellent service, very quick moving in and out. They showed up with 5 guys and got everytbing loaded and unloaded perfectly. This is the 2nd time using them and very pleased with the work they've done. Shaun, Ronald, David, Tone and Matt all worked quickly and were very professional!

The funny thing about moving company reviews is that so much stress goes into the process. The moving company will either get reviewed by people who are extremely grateful for a good job or really ticked at a poor one. That's why I waited two days before doing the review so I could do it with a clear head. Upon full review, this company earned three stars. Where do I even begin? The day they moved us out of our house they were an hour and a half late . The crew was respectful and seemed professional . However there was even a longer delay when one of their trucks got stuck in the mud and they had to wait for a tow truck so they could finish loading our household items . They were not very careful in how they loaded stuff because there was to pick up truck loads and a car load of items we had to move out ourselves because they wouldn't fit in the trucks . Poor Planning, Property Damage, and No Accountability This was by far the worst moving experience I've ever had. All My Sons arrived on time, but it quickly became clear the move was badly planned. Despite explaining in advance that I owned large, heavy, and antique furniture, the truck was far too small, and even the lead mover commented that this was not "apartment furniture." After 3 moves where they helped my kids move from apartment to apartment, I figured they were a good reliable service. BAD CALL. I had a 20 year old mahogany desk, they sheered the legs off one side making it beautiful firewood. Then when moving a closet/dresser unit, they gouged out the the sheetrock, damaged a door frame, destroyed a floorboard, and worse yet gouged huge section of my hard wood walnut flooring. I received a quote to move 5 items 38 miles for $670. I did a virtual walk through with the estimator on zoom. They knew exactly what they were moving and how far. The final bill was $865. That is not acceptable. The items were picked up from my from front room and dropped off in the garage on the other end. They don't honor their estimates. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

This company charged me twice the amount quoted at scheduling and at confirmation of the appointment. They would not unload the truck until I paid. I was charged $467 to move 4 items 11 miles. Do not use this company. Not trustworthy.
