Do not use All My Sons if you want professional movers. My movers acted agitated, complained about the work, and were overall unpleasant. Charged double what was quoted. I was surprised to see two physically small/very slim people show up as my movers, one guy and one girl but I figured it shouldn't matter, they were hired for their ability. Unfortunately they weren't able to move my things without dropping corners of things on the floor or hitting themselves in the head with my furniture, all while moving very clumsily. At... read more

I moved at the end of September and they were horrible. First off, the person confirming my move told me they could move a wine collection that is packed up. He said I could go ahead and reserve the loading dock for a certain time at my apartment and the movers would be there then. Movers came an hour and half after I was told. They said no to moving wine. They were so so so slow. I understand that they had a moving job before but what would have taken less than 3 hours took 6. This is going to be long but please read. A 1000% DO NOT RECOMMEND! I wish I would have done more research about this company. Over the phone customer service is amazing the movers themselves horrible! the movers arrived, I explained I boxed all items, I moved EVERYTHING out of the rooms into the living room making their job a little easier. Miguel asked to sign papers after he said " oh yeah tips are appreciated" which is fine, I was planning on it but thought that was odd to say. I did not read the reviews when I hired ALL MY SONS MOVERs. 1 reviews up and down. Not one good review. I see why! They people who schedule you are complete liars and add fees that was never discussed when you book. I was told 180 for them driving to me and away. 199.99 an hour for 3 people. I didn't have large furniture, only a few desks, Matress, 2 end tables and boxes and garbage bags They try to add materials and added 100.00 for gas They move extremely slow. Hands down the worst movers ever. Sent a truck knowing it had a bad battery so once truck was loaded it would not start, my husband has to assist to get the truck started. Once arrived at location to unload had to keep truck running and it would shut off every 5 minutes so they would have to stop what they were doing and restart the truck. As if that was not bad enough, they damaged 2 refrigerators, dry wall in our new house, damaged the front door of our old house. This was the worst moving experience I've ever had. The movers were four hours late and hit the overhang of the building we were moving out of, causing thousands of dollars in damages and an additional hour of waiting. We ended up moving most of the boxes ourselves. When the movers finally started, they moved our furniture in the pouring rain without covering anything. Please reconsider using All my sons moving. I am a single mother with 3 kiddos and a disabled mother and had to pay over $2k to move from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom on the 3rd floor to another building on the 3rd floor, same complex. That was all the money we had saved up for Junes rent. They sent 2 men when I was told it would be 3 men. The guys were very nice but took their time and also asked me to feed them. Extremely disappointed with the quality of service we received from All My Sons Moving. When I first made the appointment and thoroughly explained the items that needed to be moved All My Sons said they would send a 3 man crew and a 26ft truck. I emphasized to them that I didn't think the truck would be large enough but the representative on the phone reassured that it was. The day of the move arrives and what do you know! As previous writers have noted they are NOT honest or good at what they do. Quote was for $1100.00, charged my sister $2400 .00 ( which had to be paid before they would move her things into her apartment. ) They took 11hrs to move my senior sister from one senior living community to another (a 900square foot apartment to another 900sq foot apartment, which was less then a mile away.
