I mean, all the other reviews are accurate. Malicious compliance by the movers, double the price quoted, they pretended to not know the address twice. All of this I knew, but honestly, they have a tough job so I don't blame them for being jaded. It just sucks that the customer has to suffer. It is what it is. None of my stuff was damaged so I was grateful for that!

My estimate was no more than 3-5 hours to fully move a 2 bedroom apartment to a new home. We packed all but 2 boxes so everything was ready for them when they arrived. All they had to do was take apart the beds and load everything. They had forgotten their tools, and with all of mine packed and maintenance off, we had to walk around asking other residents for theirs. Almost 7 hours later and we finally left the apartment. DO NOT TIP THE MOVERS! They are trained to coerce, shake you down, and intimidate you for a tip. If you give a tip, the company will NOT take responsibility for their movers. So you are out tip money they do not deserve. They say it's customary to tip the mover but that's not true. Movers are not tip worthy. I tip the waitress, my nail technician, the valet, etc. but movers are not tip employees. Don't be fooled! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I failed by not reading the reviews before scheduling with them. I had 1 bedroom to move and with that bedroom came with a few boxes some pictures , bed frame and mattress. I needed them to disassemble my bed frame and they didn't even bring the tools. I had to find some for them to use, stating that he lost them. They took over an hour to just move the one bedroom into the truck. DO NOT USE! During my move a few pieces were damaged nothing major but was noted at move. I emailed and emailed and emailed with pictures! Never a response! Paid the insurance as well! I think they purposely ignore you if you pay for the insurance! On top of the quote was so under what they charged me! Would not budge on the quote. They do an awful job if quoting! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR THINGS TO ARRIVE AT YOUR DESTINATION SAFELY! THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE. THEY WOMT ASK FOR PAYMENT WHEN LOADING THE TRUCK BUT NEED PAYMENT BEFORE UNLOADING TRUCK. They said we had to make a review for them before they left. I have waited a while to post this because I was so mad at this company during our move across town. They should call this All My Convicts Moving. The people they sent were not on the up and up. They destroyed my fan in my house. Picked up my $5k bed and broke the headboard in two. This was a French provincial 4 poster bed! Not replaceable. Scuffed walls everywhere . My daughter moved out of a small one bedroom apt and it was all put into a storage locker. She had originally reserved Three Men and a Truck but I thought they were quite expensive with a $1500 quote. So, my daughter called All My Sons just to see if they were cheaper and the guy who answered the phone was incensed that she was quoted that much and that they could do it much cheaper. Ruined the fabric on the seats of 3 iron outdoor chairs by carrying and transporting them one on top of the other. Filed a claim with pictures and a receipt showing the cost of covering the chairs at $150/chair. All My Sons tried to send me a settlement agreement for $50! I don't think so AMS. Spring AMS, not only is your customer service horrible, you didn't do well in math either. Surely, you wouldn't offer just over 10% of actual damages to settle a claim?
