I received a quote to move 5 items 38 miles for $670. I did a virtual walk through with the estimator on zoom. They knew exactly what they were moving and how far. The final bill was $865. That is not acceptable. The items were picked up from my from front room and dropped off in the garage on the other end. They don't honor their estimates. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.
This company charged me twice the amount quoted at scheduling and at confirmation of the appointment. They would not unload the truck until I paid. I was charged $467 to move 4 items 11 miles. Do not use this company. Not trustworthy.
Horrible experience with All My Sons. Booked with them a month ago for an upcoming move on Sept 16. Today for the confirmation call the lady I connected with was incredibly disrespectful and condescending on the phone. So now 4 days before I move I cancelled with All My Sons and found another company able to perform the move and give me an actual time frame right off the bat and for a better price. So if you're looking for movers, I'd recommend 3 Movers in the Houston area.

Not responding fast. I need a job done today by 4PM. They are not responding fast with a decision whether to get the job done or not. I don't have time to wait for replies.

Many hidden fees. I was initially told that services needed to be booked at a one hour minimum. The movers showed up and said that it was three hour minimum. They refused to use the plastic wrap that I purchased, stating that, "it wasn't enough. The movers were moving items intentionally slow to extend the move time, therefore racking up the cost. We feel completely scammed. All My Sons lured us in with a low quote, then charged over double the price, failed to move all of our items, and provided practically worthless insurance all while delivering rude and dismissive customer service. Avoid this company at all costs unless you're prepared to fight for every penny and still end up shorted and frustrated. We were initially quoted $1,200, but our final bill soared to $2,500. Worst move I've ever experienced. I went with them because I thought they were big enough to handle a move that included a couple weeks of storage before getting into the new house. The actual move process was horrid. They didn't estimate enough room in the trucks and then told us that we could probably just leave our things at the old house since it wasn't much ( it was our entire living room), then they recommended that we rent our own U-Haul and do it ourselves even though we were paying them thousands to do the job. First They quoted me one price & i. End Up paying double Second I wasn't told i would be charged for miles & gas Which i know and i should have asked Third It took them "movers" too long to move all my items Time Management could have been a little better

This company moved my sister, and they lost all of the hardware to put her dining room table and her bed together, do not use this company!
