Lots of hidden fees and the moving crew left thousands of dollars of damages (stair damage, ceiling damage, drywall damage). Their claims department is extremely unresponsive and unhelpful. I just reached out to BBB to try to resolve after months of not getting anywhere. If they can make it right by repairing what they damaged I am willing to edit this review, but in the meantime I would NEVER recommend using this company

Absolute bait and switch! Do not use this company! We were fully explicit with the size and weight of a table we needed moved and the exact address to/from. The quote was $450, they ended up charging $828, and wouldn't off load the truck until we gave them a credit card. They charged $128 for supplies... tape to wrap the glass. Blankets were used, but I know they reuse the blankets. What an outrageous rip off! I will be putting this review on every search engine I can find.

ALL MY SONS MOVING, THE WOODLANDS, TEXAS - WORST MOVING COMPANY! I've hired a lot of moving companies in my years for my own personal moves and moves of clients as a Senior Move Manager. This was the worst and most disappointing experience of them all. For my own personal move I was told that because the movers and packers were employees and not subcontractors they were fully vetted and professionally trained. The guys who do the actual moving are great. The front office guys are horrible. Under quote leading to confusion. Then over charge. Hard to get any one in the office to answer you once they collect your money

As a school bus driver, I was taking my elementary school kids home yesterday afternoon and came upon two All My Sons moving trucks parked along some houses, which were subsequently blocking me from continuing around the street corner. I honked to bring attention to the situation (as no one was in the process of moving furniture at this time, in fact the back of the truck I could see inside was empty), and a couple of guys came out and just looked at me in the bus. If I could give them zero stars I would. We set up this move two weeks in advance. They called the day before asking us to change the time to earlier because they needed to get another crew out. We said okay and moved our whole day around. They asked what we needed moved and if there were appliances. We told them there was only a refrigerator. I've got a lot to say about this company so bear with me. We had to move with this company on two separate dates--- moving out of our house and into storage and then moving out of storage and into our new house about a month later. I got a quote for our move out about two months in advance and had two separate people assess our house and belongings. I hired this company for a very simple move and was giving an inaccurate quote based on the fact the sent 2 inexperienced movers with not much professionalism. I was quoted 600 for a 2bd move to a storage unit 7 min away. They showed up later than the time frame given then the driver said they would start billing me 30 min prior to their arrival. I originally posted that these guys were great... however, they broke an almost brand new headboard to the point it was not usable and multiple glasses out of complete negligence. The company is hardly doing anything to fix the issues and I do not recommend using this company. I'd like to put no stars. However, that's not an option.
