A month has passed since they moved me but I found a new surprise when I was vacuuming under my bed. It seems that the two genius's that set up my bed put it together all wrong. Now I have to have someone come to my house to take the frame apart and put it back together correctly. If they couldn't even put a bed frame correctly, I would recommend watching every move they make!

They charged me $100 deposit which would go towards my moving.I moved maybe six pieces of small furniture no beds no dressers I moved 3.5 miles down the road to a public storage.And they would not let me get my furniture taken off the Van until I paid them over $500.They charged me time from their last place.They charged me 185 For the movers, the labor which they deserved more and the rest was for all my sons. DO NOT RECOMMEND! This moving service was terrible - they argued with eachother during our move and then broke multiple items of furniture, my couch being one of them and then I was rushed to signed documents that I was not given the time to read. Everything from start to finish was chaotic. Not only that but I've tried contacting this company to discuss this incident and I never receive calls back and was even hung up on. Imagine working for this company and just because a current worker doesn't have their use to partner they start harass and picking on u calling you out your name. Even when the boss says it's because they was late and don't have they partner to stick it out and work through it. Why should I be harassed at work when it's my first day it's a difference between telling a person what's is needed to be done vs telling a person what's they feel you can't do or tell them can you handle that don't be a Winnie

We used this company's services to move our larger, heavier pieces of furniture from a two-story house to a one-story house 2-1/2 miles away. The gentleman I spoke to to get the estimate and make the arrangements was very professional and willing to be available to answer any questions or concerns we might have had before the move. This company is unbelievable! Sent us a 3 person team to complete packing and move us across town . They didn't arrive until 3:15pm . The crew were already exhausted from the first move for that day. Theyhad no bubble wrap for any packing and just threw items in boxes and o f course kitchen breakables were shattered. Worst move I have ever done and the most expensive. The movers pushed a dresser through a doorway on its side pulling up the threshold wood piece. When I pointed it out the mover said it was like that and they didn't do it. I attempted to tell them it was not like that and they continued to insist it was.
