Be careful with these folks. I had a very nice gold watch come up missing -- after they charged me about $1000 to move my stuff into a one bedroom apartment less than one mile away. I can't prove they took the watch but they did little to assure me they didn't. The three movers asked for $20 a piece tips. Save your stress and hard earned money. I found another moving company who only charged about $500 to move me after my lease ended.

Word to the wise, do not use this company. They were scheduled to move me today at 0930 and they never showed up. I called them at 281 667-0966 and asked to speak to the manager. They asked a bunch of questions and then hung up on me. I called back and was transferred to some guy who told me that I was never on the schedule. I never got to speak to the manager. Very shady company.

A month has passed since they moved me but I found a new surprise when I was vacuuming under my bed. It seems that the two genius's that set up my bed put it together all wrong. Now I have to have someone come to my house to take the frame apart and put it back together correctly. If they couldn't even put a bed frame correctly, I would recommend watching every move they make!

They charged me $100 deposit which would go towards my moving.I moved maybe six pieces of small furniture no beds no dressers I moved 3.5 miles down the road to a public storage.And they would not let me get my furniture taken off the Van until I paid them over $500.They charged me time from their last place.They charged me 185 For the movers, the labor which they deserved more and the rest was for all my sons. DO NOT RECOMMEND! This moving service was terrible - they argued with eachother during our move and then broke multiple items of furniture, my couch being one of them and then I was rushed to signed documents that I was not given the time to read. Everything from start to finish was chaotic. Not only that but I've tried contacting this company to discuss this incident and I never receive calls back and was even hung up on. We used this company's services to move our larger, heavier pieces of furniture from a two-story house to a one-story house 2-1/2 miles away. The gentleman I spoke to to get the estimate and make the arrangements was very professional and willing to be available to answer any questions or concerns we might have had before the move. This company is unbelievable! Sent us a 3 person team to complete packing and move us across town . They didn't arrive until 3:15pm . The crew were already exhausted from the first move for that day. Theyhad no bubble wrap for any packing and just threw items in boxes and o f course kitchen breakables were shattered. At 6:00pm I asked them if they would be all right for us to go get a bit to eat and the said that would be fine. Broke every TV Didn't wrap 75% of our belongings Didn't complete the move for days Broke glasses, furniture, crystal, plates and more totally over 6k in damages Contacted multiple times lawyered up

Worst move I have ever done and the most expensive. The movers pushed a dresser through a doorway on its side pulling up the threshold wood piece. When I pointed it out the mover said it was like that and they didn't do it. I attempted to tell them it was not like that and they continued to insist it was.
