We had a Saturday move scheduled for 9am. No one showed. We called & were told they would call the crew & would call us back in 30 minutes. We called again & were told the same thing. This went on until 2pm when someone told us we weren't scheduled until the afternoon, & the crew wasn't late. We were even told that the manager called us before 7am that morning to tell us but we didn't answer. This was our moving day. I'd been up since 6am & assured their rep I had not received a call. Terrible. They lie to snd dont care. They say the job will take 3 hrs. It ends up being 5-6. They charge you 2x as much qouted and they dont care. 3 guys came out but only 2 worked for 3 1/2 hrs at one location; I was told this would be the entire job time 3hrs, it took 6. 3 man rate is 129.00 so they charge me the 2 man rate 109.00 wow that doesnt equate.For the last 3 hrs they had a 3rd man but now its running overtime. I would never, ever want to hear the name of this company again. Pretty much scamming!!! Disgraceful!!!

I would give it a 0 if I could, My family used this despicable company last August for an out of state move, horrible helpers, not enough supplies, took 8 hours longer than expected, left belongings in old house and then when they arrived at new house discovered several items missing and an heirloom bed one of the legs was completely broken off! This move was over $7000!!!! They only offered us a fraction of what it will now cost to fix this bed. I don't know how they have stayed in business as long as they have....be fore... read more

My husband and I tried to move our own belongings to our new home and found it became to much for us. I filled out a form on FB and was contacted by All My Sons Moving. The gentleman I talked to assured me they could move us and get us a great price within our budget. Another gentleman came out the next morning, looked at our storage units, called me an hour later with a quote, I accepted, paid half down and was ready to go the next morning. This is the most horrible moving company on the planet. I booked All My Sons Moving to move my belongings from Lenoir city Tennessee to loudon Tennessee. The moving company was scheduled today from 12pm-3pm. I received a call from Paul Montoya (General Manager) at 3:15pm the day of the move stating the job has been cancelled due to his driver having a family emergency. I wouldn't even give this company 1 star if I could. I requested a full service move which included packing and moving. I was quoted that the move would be around $1000 with an hourly rate for their workers. After arriving a half hour late, the men began packing. We took a lot of belongings over to our new address by car so it wasn't a full move. After a couple of hours two of the men started goofing off. One goofed off almost the entire day. If I could do a rating with no stars, I would. I used this company a few months back to move from a storage facility to an apartment on the same road - literally three lights away. I'm fairly certain that I wrote a review at that time and it was taken down. The morning that I was supposed to have movers arrive, I had to call to check the status because they were late. Where do I begin? Contacted All My Sons and received an estimate of ~$5800 for a 13 mile move. Was told by the agent that it likely would be much closer to $5000 in the end. One day for packing and one day for removal. A $1500 deposit secured the deal. Packing for the move was scheduled to start on 1 May. Our recent move in Knoxville, TN was by far the worst move I've ever had and I've moved from Alaska to the East coast and back twice! The team was careless and sloppy and damaged both of our 2 year old leather sofas in multiple areas shoving them through doorways and down halls. They gouged the top of one of our night stands moving it upside down on their hand truck.
