very courteous and professional
Movers were good and took great care of items. Once we arrived at the destination it took 30 minutes for the office to approve my payment (which they require before they will unload). Not a huge issue but at $250/hr this is a $125 smoke break at my expense. I was also told that they could move my safe which was in my garage on the ground floor but when they arrived the didn't have the correct truck so it was left behind along with several other items that were deemed to heavy. Virtual estimates are inaccurate. Company showed up to move us did not have enough capacity in their trucks and was unable to move all of our home goods with the trucks they brought. Quoted us a 5 man crew only four showed up. Courteous and efficient crew for loading. They disconnected and moved appliances but did not connect appliances at new home. Tape residue all over stainless appliances. Crew did nothing to protect entry door threshold of our new home. Would not recommend these company to anyone. I am moving the remaini... read more
