This is without a doubt the worst Moving and Storage Company in East Tennessee. Not only did they show up 3 hours late to pick up our furniture on the 26th of April in Charlotte, NC, but they delivered it 5 and 1/2 hours late. Promised noon on May 3rd. They were 9:00 PM getting finished, and we were exhausted. Signed up for Yelp just to leave this review. I'm very disappointed with this company. A very nice account rep came to visit my home and give a quote...he assured he would be overseeing the entire process and the movers and made me feel at ease. However, on moving day he was no where to be seen, and 4 very unprofessional movers showed up almost an hour late. I have moved countless times personally and professionally and never have I ever had such a negative experience as I had with All My Sons. Hired them after receiving a quote from their "estimator" that visited our facility. We were on a crucial timeline and had closed our business early on Friday to complete the move from one building to another on same property. If I was able to give this company zero stars I would. There were several issues that arose with this company. One of the movers smelled like alcohol and was very unpleasant. I was overcharged from the initial price I was quoted and was surprised when they told us they wouldn't unload the truck until we made the final payment. This information should have been explained upfront and not when my items were packed up and loaded on the truck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is the most unprofessional moving company in existence! Their contract removes all,liability in moving your belongings. They did over 30,000 in damages to my dwelling and furniture. BEWARE. THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES nor will they take responsibility for their unprofessional behavior. Local management is unresponsive and unprofessional and their employees do not care if they damage anything.

Now that the new year is here and people are thinking of moving, let me tell you about this moving company. It is by far the worst COMPANY I have worked with. They completely destroyed a family heirloom of mine in the move, which by the way they charged almost $7000.00 for and they have the audacity to say that they won't pay for the damage they caused! PEOPLE read all the reviews on yelp and any other social media site to see how bad they really are!!!!! I would give it a negative rating if I could!

We were initially quoted 4,000 for the move with job being completely finished. The price seemed excessive but we really needed to get everything moved quickly. They tried to add an extra 2,000 dollars on the second day and we said forget it. They left without honoring the initial quote. Don't use this company! Rip off!

NIGHTMARE COMPANY FROM HELL!!! Why cant I give a negitive 5? I would if I could. I called to request movers last week. I spoke to the main intake person. The next day a local office called me. I explained to both of them I had 4 bed rm apt moving to a 3 bed rm. Within the same zip. I explained we'd packed everything and had over 100 boxes and totes ready to go. I was promised on 3 separate occasions that the movers would be at my mother's home at 10 AM to move her to a memory care unit. After numerous phone calls and lame excuses they arrived almost 4 hours late. Timing was critical and they blew it. Over promised and under delivered. I'm a physician. If after this review if you even consider using them call me and I'll examine your head for free.
