If I was able to give this company zero stars I would. There were several issues that arose with this company. One of the movers smelled like alcohol and was very unpleasant. I was overcharged from the initial price I was quoted and was surprised when they told us they wouldn't unload the truck until we made the final payment. This information should have been explained upfront and not when my items were packed up and loaded on the truck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This is the most unprofessional moving company in existence! Their contract removes all,liability in moving your belongings. They did over 30,000 in damages to my dwelling and furniture. BEWARE. THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES nor will they take responsibility for their unprofessional behavior. Local management is unresponsive and unprofessional and their employees do not care if they damage anything.

Now that the new year is here and people are thinking of moving, let me tell you about this moving company. It is by far the worst COMPANY I have worked with. They completely destroyed a family heirloom of mine in the move, which by the way they charged almost $7000.00 for and they have the audacity to say that they won't pay for the damage they caused! PEOPLE read all the reviews on yelp and any other social media site to see how bad they really are!!!!! I would give it a negative rating if I could!

We were initially quoted 4,000 for the move with job being completely finished. The price seemed excessive but we really needed to get everything moved quickly. They tried to add an extra 2,000 dollars on the second day and we said forget it. They left without honoring the initial quote. Don't use this company! Rip off!

NIGHTMARE COMPANY FROM HELL!!! Why cant I give a negitive 5? I would if I could. I called to request movers last week. I spoke to the main intake person. The next day a local office called me. I explained to both of them I had 4 bed rm apt moving to a 3 bed rm. Within the same zip. I explained we'd packed everything and had over 100 boxes and totes ready to go. I was promised on 3 separate occasions that the movers would be at my mother's home at 10 AM to move her to a memory care unit. After numerous phone calls and lame excuses they arrived almost 4 hours late. Timing was critical and they blew it. Over promised and under delivered. I'm a physician. If after this review if you even consider using them call me and I'll examine your head for free.

After having an estimator come to the house and look at everything, we were assured that it would all fit in one truck. Due to a complicated set of closings, we stressed the fact that we needed to be out by a certain time. We were assured a second time by someone in the office that it was no problem. The bottom line is that it did not fit into one truck, and no effort was made to rectify the situation. The only reason they get 1 Star is because I can't give 0. I had scheduled my move several weeks in advance and then on the day of the move I was called and told that they could no longer move me- again ON THE DAY OF THE MOVE. My wife and I had scheduled this well in advance and had made sure our work schedules were cleared since we only had a 48 hr window to move. All my sons really screwed us over and I will never use their services.

Out to Lunch..... Move was quoted as a 9 hour job, workers complaining the whole time , asking to leave for appt's etc , asking for my personal items (if I didn't want them ) Took them 12.5 hours to do half the job. I had to bring in family members to finish this he job as it was only half finished. I had a storage facility full of items to be moved that they never even touched .They do not know how to utilize space in a storage facility.
