I Will never ever hire this company anymore. It was my mistake that i didnot do research on best movers. They almost charged me all extra money. One of the dude who came to move was pushing time by not doing anything and making it overtime. We had to pay for him doing nothing and standing somewhere hiding. Others (2) were good. Worst experience ever! Do not recommend. Do not use this company. Three movers for a two bedroom took 6 HOURS. They moved super slow and were smoking a lot. I am missing a few things and the customer services is awful. I am being ignored and ghosted. Cannot get a claim form. DO NOT USE.
CROOKS. Plain and simple. When they arrive with your items, you have no choice but to sign and agree electronically to whatever charge they want to put there. I was crystal clear on their policy for time, and the move was 2.25 hours. I was charged double for the hour on the road. 3.25 total. No mistake. Not industry standards. Not a misunderstanding on my part. Just price gouging. Read all reviews. Worst in the business.
To be kind you need to remember that the lowest price is very often the least satisfying. Our move wasn't that difficult. We moved from a large three bedroom house to a small two bedroom apartment where we will be living until our new home will be ready in September. We packed almost every possible item in moving boxes ourselves, carefully labeled each box as to its' destination, either the apartment our to storage unit. Cancelled on me last minute and I had to scramble to find movers costing me more money and time. 1000% would not recommend to anyone. Horrible experience.
do not use this moving company they will cancel on you the same day of your move without giving a reason. assistant manager called at 2PM THE DAY OF MY MOVE! To tell me they weren't going to get my move done AND WOULDNT PROVIDE A REASON WHY. And they next available is 5 days out. Do not use this company there is a reason they are rated at 2.5 stars. If a zero star option was available I would pick that. they obviously have no regard tfor there customers this move was booked almost a month in advance with a paid deposit.
They moved my mom's one bedroom apt and our 3 bedroom house. They rescheduled on my mom after telling her all day they were just an hour or two away. She ended up having to unpack her bedding and stay another night in her apartment. They said they'd move us together the next day. The two guys that came to our house were great, but it took them like 12 hours and they were exhausted because the third and fourth guy never showed up. DO NOT use this company. They damaged materials and I am still working to get reimbursed. Furniture and computer monitor damaged. They took no care about fragile items and not all the crew even worked. The customer service is awful! Accidents happen is all I will get out of them. They even tried to overcharge me and claimed it was a "computer error". This is one one of the worst experiences I have had with any company.
Bailed on us the morning of the move. They had altered quoted price 4 times. Booked our appointment 3 weeks ahead of time with the $100 down payment. The day before the move they DOUBLED the price of the quote. They were supposed to show up to our place on a Saturday between 8:30-9. At 9:30 we receive a call in which the manager says the truck driver was AWOL and no one knows where he was. He apparently had no other drivers and wasn't going to come.
