I have to update my review. In addition to bait and switch pricing, breaking a glass lamp and trying to disguise it, piling dollies too high so items repeatedly fell resulting in a lot of damage, breaking the bottom of the door frame at the house, and refusing to bandage a cut so blood got all over my mattress, items didn't make it from the truck to the house. Cancelled our move at the last minute (literally minutes before, with us sitting on all our disassembled furniture) and we're very rude about it. Highly recommend never working with them.

I submitted an online quote request and they called me the day after. So they are responsive. However, in the middle of this first phone call, I was abruptly disconnected. They called me back again the next day, by another agent as if they didn't have a record that their team called me before. So I repeated my request and again, I was disconnected abruptly. Just for starters, I called to get an estimate- was assigned a coordinator who would handle all the details of my tiny move of a one bedroom with like 9 pieces of furniture to move not more than 20 miles to my new apartment- I told my "coordinator " that I'd be moving from 3rd floor to 1st floor. He asked what piece of furniture was heaviest and I said probably the king sized mattress. He tells me okay, 2 guys plus 26 foot truck, $155/hour. I'm a senior woman who was in desperate need of help moving. However, I had a terrible experience with this vendor. 1. The movers were on their cell phones, texting & talking in the moving van on my dime. 2. I had an expensive Makita drill & driver in a Makita Tote with charger & batteries that didn't show up at the new location. ( I saw it put on the truck.). The worst move I've ever experienced was All My Sons Moving & Storage in Portland, OR. First, they "forgot" about my reservation and I had to beg the new tenant of my apartment to let me pay for two more days because the movers weren't coming. I did the gracious thing, but they took advantage. Forget moving codes, they literally just threw my unprotected belonging into a truck going half way across the country. Watched one of their drivers throw trash out of the window on purpose yesterday. When I called the company, the guy who answered could not have been ruder. You could not pay me to do business with this company!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. Only reason I'm not is because I can't and they at least moved my furniture. I was originally quoted a 2- man crew for 155.10 for roughly 3 hours. The Friday before our move, I spoke with Alex to confirm our move for that upcoming Monday. Great! Everything was good. He did say we were the second move of the day so once the crew was done at their first job, they would head our way. Two days before our scheduled move date I called them to confirm and learned they were not able to fulfill their commitment to provide a truck and helpers. They suggested we move our date which was not possible. We had already closed on our home and the new owners were ready to take possession. Even though I provided a $100 deposit with 6 weeks notice to schedule they did not meet their end of the agreement.
