I would NOT recommend this company at all. There very unprofessional and communicative used up 9 hours to move one bedroom a couch and 3 tvs. Didn't wrap the tvs correctly so one was damaged and before they can even come to do the move, they kept calling me the day of the scheduled move to tell me we can't make it out and have to reschedule. Moving with these guys is a disaster!!

Horrible attitude and criminal charges because they held my items hostage until I signed for payment including time they felt it would take them to unload. I'll preface this move that we were only moving withing our same apartment complex..literally a 3 minute drive to our new apartment! I would like to also mention that it has taken me these more drastic steps in reaching out to upper management in the hopes that someone will return my calls and emails! WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Told me it would be 153 an hour for two movers. While on the phone, I asked if this was the total for everything I would be charged once they got there. I repeated myself multiple times to make sure there were not any other charges that would be added on. Was told that was all I would have to pay by the hour. The movers get there and one guy is on his phone the whole time talking to someone else. I felt bad for his partner because his partner was doing A lot By himself. Bait and switch. I was quoted $1000 to move from 1677 to 1538. I chose AllMy Sons because I did use them in the past, 2019, and it was awesome, and their quote was exact. They had me for 6 hours and moved me in 9. The charge was $2300. When I called to see if they could possibly give me a $500 break, the manager did not hesitate to tell me $700 was 2019 prices. I asked how $2300 plays into 2025 prices as again, I was quoted at $1000 and that $2300 is more than twice what I was quoted. He refused to even give me a break ove... read more

I hired these movers for my daughter to move out of the Lux on Capitol to a new place down the road a bit. Like 5 minutes away. She has been ill and not able to move herself due to this. All she has been able to do is go to work two days a week and then rest and sleep. They quoted me a price of $179 and hour for two guys and a two hour minimum. I wish there was a 0 star review and I would have given it to them. The change 230 per hour and was at our home for 3.5 hours and they charged me for 5 hours. Even through they distances from one house to the next was 7 mins drive they change addition charge of $233 gas. Thier total change was over 1500 and they could not give an account of how they got to this number. Please dont use this company, they are frauladrant. The refused to moved all of my things stating they were going to change for 2800 if they were to do so.

I would give them a ZERO if I could. I hired these movers with the understanding that I was leaving my husband and time was a factor. First off, they were 2 hours late, which put the entire move behind adding a lot of stress to an already stressful situation. They stole $300 in cash from me, straight out of my purse, knowing I was becoming a single mom with 3 kids. They broke almost all of my fragile items, even things that were packed in bubble wrap. They didn't move all my stuff. Left big furniture behind. I know I need to move some small stuff, but they left the top of a cabinet, a desk, a filing cabinet, a coffee table, an upholstered chair, and so much more. I was at the new house. Guess they don't check anything. Guy had the nerve to call me and ask if I'd seen his tool box. Very unprofessional. I'd give less than a star if I could The photos show what I had to rent a truck and move myself.
