I had the easiest move thanks to the All My Sons team! Leading up to my move, Miranda and Ritch were very responsive to any questions I had. The quote for price was exact, there were no surprises the day of. Jerrion and another team member moved me from Indianapolis to Cincinnati and the day of was so smooth. Absolutely horrific experience. Booked them weeks in advance and made sure they would have tools, boxes, etc to help me break down and pack a few pieces of furniture that I wasn't able to do myself. I was assured they were a full service moving company that could assist with those requests. On the day of the move, afternoon came around and I still hadn't heard from them on arrival time. I hired All My Sons Moving / Green Line Moving & Storage of Indianapolis for a move on March 1, 2026, and my experience was extremely concerning. During the move there was significant damage to my property and conduct by members of the moving crew that raised serious safety concerns while they were working inside my home. After the move I discovered drug residue left behind in the house that my child later came into contact with, which created an unacceptable safety risk for my family. We paid $502 to have 5 pieces of furniture moved from one house to our place. An add'l $150 for them to dispose of our old couch. The whole reason this came about was the couch; the other pieces were icing on the cake. It was the couch I wanted. It was brought in all wrapped up in cellophane which I thought was kinda odd since that was not done for the chair/ottoman (other 2 pieces were wood). 1 STAR -- DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS MOVING We were quoted $1,400 for a full household move scheduled for January 27, 2026, confirmed multiple times over two weeks. This included 3 movers, 5 hours (including travel) and a free kitchen pack. We paid a deposit and reconfirmed all details by phone and text. Please don't use this moving company. They won't respect your belongings. Unprofessional packing and moving practices. You will have damaged items. If you pay for the Full Value Protection Plan (5% fee of total charge) don't expect them to replace or pay amount equal to damages for large expensive items. The settlement will also include clauses saying that you can't dispute any service charges already paid or disparage the company by writing negative reviews. They'll rip your brand new couch and act like nothing happened unless you say "You're ripping my couch", and tear the legs off, rip the cushions off like it's their own & try to give you a BS settlement. DO NOT EVER USE THEM.
I'm still waiting for them to show up. They gave us an am starting time and it is now 3:30 in the afternoon. and they still aren't here. They called us a couple of hours ago and said it would be an hour. We have a 9 hour drive ahead of us and probably won't get our money back for the hotel room we reserved. Horrible
