I usually don't give bad reviews but this by far the worst experience! They didn't show up for our move and my fiancé and I had to move ourselves in 100 degree weather. We had to move out when people were moving into our apartment. It was a nightmare. Not only that but they never called us back to apologize or follow up. This company is awful. I wouldn't even give it a star. I would highly recommend to NOT use this moving company.
Stay very far away from this company. They were hired to move just a few rooms of furniture and a few boxes to a new home, and it was a horrible experience. They broke the glass out of an antique curio cabinet, totally destroyed a television stand, yanked a cable jack clear out of my wall, and didn't even show up to start until somewhere around 11:30. Then, when I only gave them a $10 tip they seemed horrified. They should have considered themselves lucky to get anything for the horrible job they did.
I have moved over 23 times over the past 30 years and NEVER have I had such a horrible experience with moving companies. The customer service just is not there for you after the move! Once they get your money, they could care less. Two pieces of my possessions were left on the truck and now trying to get my possessions back is impossible. I refuse to take two hours to drive up and get my things. I paid a lot of money for the move and it was their mistake. They get paid by the hour. In between the move I think the mov... read more

If I could give this moving company 0 stars I would. DO NOT HIRE OR BOOK FROM ALL MY SONS MOVING. They are the most unreliable moving company I have ever worked with. I needed to move a couch, a bike, and a dresser and they canceled on me twice. I was always the one to contact them asking where they were and when they were arriving. If I could give them zero stars I would. They show up on time but without the proper tools to take apart my furniture. " they forgot the drill" sure they did. These guys get paid by the hour, so they will milk it like they're starving. I was moving from a 2 bedroom condo and they only had to take apart my kids bunk beds and a queen bed. It took them 5 hours to move me from point A to point B which was only 5 mins away. I wouldn't recommend anyone use All My Sons. They lowball you on the first quote but then every step of the way the quote keeps getting higher and they keep upping the deposit. Our quote started at $600 with a $100 deposit, then went up to $1000 with a $500 deposit, and then the final cost was $1300. The movers aren't professional and scratched our wooden furniture. This was my first time hiring a moving company to move a 2 bedroom home within the same state. The three man crew arrived and were complaining about their morning moves, how they weren't tipped or offered water, and how the rain was messing up their day. They were pretty careless with all the items throwing bins and boxes around.
