this is a horrible company! they bait and switch on the price with you! all the inventory was the same but soon as they had the truck loaded they told me it was twice as much! i was in tears! my property arrived missing, pieces missing, boxes smashed, boxes missing. to top off the extra stress they claimed the truck could not fit into the complex so it was extra $1,000. afterwards the other neighbors had the same size trucks deliver with no problem. what a rip off! do not even consider them, you will regret it! run!!! lori ... read more
Terrible company. Call the day of my moving appt to tell me they couldn't move us due to other clients closing issues.. on a Saturday(Bulls@#$). Asked to move us the next day and offer a $10per hr discount, I declined and went with another company and saved $400.
Not recommended, gave us a sketchy quote on the phone then right before our move date, when they know they've got you, price went up...the one star is for their crew of hard working, underpaid men, very quick, safe and courteous
Literally the worst experience ever. When I called to book, I was told they could move me at 8am. Then, two days before they called me to confirm and said no, they are booked and can't start til the afternoon. I said what time is that and they said between 12-1. They arrived at 2:30 pm. I had absolutley no furniture, only boxes that were already prepared for them in my garage. I moved less than five miles away. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I am a military wife. Moving is a part of my life and I am quite used to it. This company sent three guys to my home to move my furniture. This should not have taken very long considering that most of my belongings had already been moved and that I had taken nearly everything apart myself. Eddy, one of the movers, nearly lost his thumb while moving my sectional after I explained to him and Carlos how heavy and cumbersome it was. Honestly don't have a positive thing to say about this experience. The movers shattered one of my TVs, severely damaged a brand new dresser, and basically had no regard for any of my belongings. If I were to list all the items that were damaged, scratched, or broken, I would run out of characters. I am working to file claims for the losses, but have been bounced around by the company with no progress. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU VALUE YOUR BELONGINGS. absolutely incompetent. Do not use! Screwed up a schedule delivery by underestimating trucks and manpower. Placed items in storage facility in a haphazard fashion as to make retrieving anything impossible. Nothing but hassle and headaches.
Horrible! When I decided on all my sons movers I was told that there was a 2 hour minimum charge which I accepted. I also made sure the company knew that I was moving out of a storage unit into an apartment. That I was coming from New Jersey for the day just for this move. Nightmare!!! For starters, they would not give me window day before as promised. Evening before told me 12~4. Day of told me from 3PM on told me all of their problems. Rude. No problem solving skills. Told me at 5PM might not make it. I had closing at 9AM next day. Told me it was my fault because my storage facility shuts access at 10PM.Intimidating. Nasty.
