Unfortunately, not a great experience with these guys. If you value your furniture, do not let them move it. It will end up scratched and broken. My husband and I moved to a new house last week. Transit time between houses was 30 min. Four pieces of furniture delivered scratched (substantially scratched) and one was broken beyond repair. The moving guys also just dumped a bunch of boxes in the garage labeled for "bedroom" or "basement". No care to bring them to the right spot. I wish I could select zero stars. I had a move scheduled for a Friday. Multiple people from All My Sons called to confirm and tell me what to expect. Multiple employees also sent emails confirming, listing details and telling me what to expect on my move day. They were going to show up between 12-4pm. They called that Friday morning and said they were going to get to us early and they'd be there at 9am instead. THE WORST! They are unprofessional. Scheduled the move and made the deposit a month ahead of time. Was called 2 days before to confirm and was told I would get a call when they are 30 mins away and they will be there between 8 am and 10 am! Haha! The joke was on us! They didn't call I had to call at 10am and was told two drivers called out and someone will be there by 12 noon. Never showed up. Stay away. Management at this branch just does not care. They do not deliver on their promise and they treat their employees like garbage. The number of movers we were promised was not delivered leaving the remaining guys understaffed for my move. When I called to complain Michael demanded payment or he would HOLD MY BELONGINGS HOSTAGE. THE WORST experience. We were just having them move our belongs out of a POD into the house. They gave us an arrival window between 12-4. I called that morning to confirm and to see if I could get a better estimate of arrival. They told me they would call me back as soon as they had a better idea of the schedule. Never heard from them. I would be very careful, before hiring them. They called me three days before my move, telling me, their company was restructuring and cancelled on me. They cancelled, 3 days before my move! And I scheduled them a month prior. Total bullshit! No one else can book me with a three day notice, therefore I have to move myself. Completely unprofessional!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I have called and emailed numerous times to try and resovle. NO RESPONSE. Hired to pack, load, deliver. Showed up wtih NO packing supplies, had to go back to get, didn't get enough. Did not pack with any care. Did not box numerous things - just put in truck. Load shifted - many broken items. Staff bickered the whole time. Spent more time not working. Manager not interested in helping. Corporate office non-responsive. Gentlemen came over for a quote. Pretty pricey, over 500 more than everyone else. Charged 3 hours more for overnight storage for the going back and forth to Attleboro. Though last time I checked it doesn't take three hours to get from Taunton to Attleboro to Westport. Said we didn't want to deposit and at this time we weren't going with him. Said he'd send a quote. Never did. Emailed. No response. Waste of time.

This company is the Worst Moving company Ever!!!!! Please do not call them!!!!!! They will screw you every chance they get. They promise to show up on a given day, and they don't show up. They're good for taking your money, overcharging you, and not even doing the job right. You call management to put in a complaint, and they don't even acknowledge you. Unprofessional, Rude, and Cocky. Do yourself a favor and close your business down because you Suck!!!! Caution!!! Worst Customer Service!!!!!
