If you want to get good service but be overcharged and lied to than ALL MY SONS BOSTON is a great choice for moving. First, they show up one hour late, then they said "Hey you have to give us a $400 deposit on your credit card before we will start your move (did I mention ALL MY SONS never told us this in the first place!) but not to worry they will deduct it from the final total bill. Every negative review here is accurate. I literally moved a mile and got screwed over.
TOTAL SCAM, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They estimated a low amount of labor for my 2-bedroom apartment. They showed up late, then the elevator broke and they told me that if they had to use the stairs, the move would take an additional 8! hours - as they were only 2 people. We didn't have the budget for a 10 hour move that and were forced to stop. They took my deposit, put the boxes back into the house and then charged me $500 for no work done (as it is a minimum buyout on a Sunday). They never called me back to try and work ... read more
They told me they were coming at 9amm the. Didn't show up until three. They came in and pretended to write down notes on my furniture and then they went inn the car and told me they were calling there boss and then they just left and didn't answer my phone calls
I moved within the same building in Boston, MA; from a 1-bedroom to another 1-bedroom. I made it clear the move was internal and would not take more than a couple of hours. The move was scheduled for New Year's Eve afternoon. I received a call from the movers ~ noon saying they would show up ~ 4:30 pm, but did not arrive until almost 7 pm. DO NOT HIRE THESE SCAM ARTISTS. I had a 2 bedroom condo I was moving out of. They showed up, 2 guys. They were more concerned about getting they're clothes dirty. I paid for 2 hours plus travel 330.00. Was told by they're agent that it could be done. I had already moved all the boxes, electronic, ETC.so I was pretty confident it could be done. The 2 guys they sent, if they moved any slower they would be in reverse. They ate up my 2hours loading just the furniture. At the end they charged me ANOTHER 215.00 more. I COMPLAINED ... read more

Not only did they delay the process of moving me to obtain more money then was contractually obligated. CATASTROPHIC EXPERIENCE! All My Sons Moving & Storage located on Neo Parkway in Cleveland, Ohio movers were rude and did not seem knowledgeable about how to PROFESSIONALLY load furniture onto a truck. When they arrived at my new home and opened the truck things were literally laying down in the truck. They destroyed a lot of my furniture and now don't want to pay for damages I am definitely going into litigation and possibly a class-action! WISH I COULD HAVE RATED THEM LOWER THAN ONE STAR!!!!!
Horrible Experience! They sent two men to move me out of my one-bedroom apartment and it took them forever. It took them five hours to complete my move. My new house was only 7 minutes away from my old place. I was on an hourly rate which means the only way to drained my pocket was to milk the clock, which they did. I ended up paying $715 for boxes, a bedroom set, dining room set and a few tables.
