Wow, wish I could of noticed the two stars before moving! Hey Franchise Owner, you should sell! To those who are moving, go elsewhere and do not use All My Sons Moving! Plenty of other people, check their ratings though! I'll keep it simple: -paid 1k to move less than a mile -paid for 4, only 2 worked the whole time -they didn't properly secure my washer with bolts and pads during the move, and they dropped it down my stairs. Like most people here, I had a horrible experience with All My Sons. I had called a month in advance to book a move and put down a $100 deposit. I was told at that time that I would be the first move of the day and would have my move at 8 am. "Perfect," I thought, since I didn't have that much stuff and it would mean that I would be all moved in my noon and could start unpacking in the afternoon. WRONG. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY USE SEVERAL TACTICS TO WASTE TIME AND ADD MORE CHARGES TO YOUR BILL!!! THEY ARE ALL IN ON IT!!! I OVER HEARD THEIR BOSS YELLING (ON THE PHONE) AT THEM BECAUSE THEY UNLOADED MY TRUCK IN LESS THAN THE PROJECTED TIME (30 MINS VS 90 MINS) - I HELPED THEM UNLOAD THE TRUCK ONCE I CAUGHT ON TO THEIR TACTICS. Like others have stated, received early morning confirmation for move and then the day before the move Louis calls to confirm an 11:00-3:00 arrival. When I advised that I had already been confirmed for 8-9 arrival twice, he began to explain that he had many moves that day and he would "get to me". Really? AWFUL! I was horrified when my mother called me this evening with her terrible experience!! First of all they were suppose to be there between 11-3 they showed up at 3:45. Secondly she was told there will be 3 workers only 2 showed up to move bigger pieces. By the time they were finished 3 of my mother's pieces were damaged. One of the workers called their boss who then told my mother to call some guys that the owner knew to fix it. If I could give less than a 1 I would. This for the management only......I give the guys actually moving my stuff 5 all day. Very professional and quick. They made my move very ease. BUT....The management....I believe his name is Mike was he biggest piece of work I ever talked to. He should be fired 20 times over and never be allowed to talk to customers again. I would like to start this review by stating this company is only getting one star because I am forced to give it at least one. This company doesn't even deserve that. My order was to move from a second floor apartment to a single family home with three workers. On the day of the move only two workers showed up. They had no tools to disassemble anything and I had to use my own. I was told prior that the company would take care of any disassembly. This is the worst moving company in the country. With my job I move quite a bit so I have had many movers prior to my move with these idiots. The whole story started with the salesman who sold us on All My Sons. He showed me all the awards they have won and told me the crew that picks up our things will be the same crew I will see upon delivery. They sent two guys to pick up the stuff.
