05/02/2019 UPDATE: Dan did not call me on Wednesday 05/01/2019 as he promised. I received the below cookie cutter response from someone allowed to log in to their Facebook page and then no response. I called their customer care line on 05/01/2019 and spoke to Jessica who said she would call me back the same day, even if she did not speak to Dan or Mike. SHE DID NOT CALL ME BACK. Liars and scammers ! Terrible customer service! they will tell you one price and then after the moving They will charge you double. Save the money and your frustrations just don't do it.

I would advise anyone and everyone to stay away from All My Sons (Attleboro). I had a 1.5 bedroom loft and decided it'd be more convenient to have movers. I called the company and described EVERY piece of furniture I had! Kitchen island, 5 tables (2 work with wheels, 1 smaller work table, 2 side), 1 bed, 2 small ottomans, 1 antique sewing machine, 2 ladder bookshelves, and maybe 15 boxes. I would not recommend this company. First of all, they pressured me to give an immediate review on Google, Facebook and other social media sites right in front of the movers I was reviewing and without allowing me any time to think about the experience. That's why 99% of the reviews online are positive, no one has time to think about them. I have 3 issues with their work. First, I had Uhaul moving blankets I gave them to use but they refused and used their own, and later charged me for using them! They literally carried my b... read more

Terrible experience. I have issued a complaint with the Massachusetts Attorney General's office and I urge all Massachusetts residence who have a bad experience to do the same. It's not too late

The movers worked hard and really didn't take any breaks. They showed up on time. I was upset that the bed frames were not put back together and we were not told that anything needed to be done to them. My son's bed collapsed the minute he sat on it and my headboard was placed up against the wall and damaged the wall. My sleep number was not reconnected or wires left where I could reconnect them. I had the worst experience with this moving company! I had contacted the company on November 21st to ask for a move- in date of December 21st in the morning, they immediately took my deposit. The day before the move i was contacted and given a time window of 12-4 on December 21st (not the time i requested, but i know i am not there only customer so i understood and didnt question the time window provided). All My sons told me I would have an afternoon move.. on 2 calls. They called me on a Sunday ( the day before my move ).. and changed it to morning. I could not respond... It would not answer any of their locations. I lost time from work. Needless to say money. The men moving my home were very nice.. personable. ..... But they were very careless... And damaged much of my belongings. Scratches and dings. Many were large. This was the third time that I've used them. But.. it's certainly going to be the last now.

very bad service, after they loaded half the stuff on the truck they told me to sign some paper with double price what they told me. but what makes me so mad they damaged the dining room china, I asked the movers for paperwork to make a claim about the damage they made, he answered me call my boss. I tried to call him several times to make a claim he didn't answer the phone and his answering machine doesn't accept any message.
