NEVER use this company!!!!!!! I wish there is a way to give zero stars for a review. After showing up 30 minutes late (and charging us for the time when they weren't there), we were charged double the price of the original quote. Their unprofessionalism of the movers started once they did arrive and informed us their boss was angry we didn't need to buy tape or boxes. I was told movers would be at my home at noon, they finally arrived at 5:30 pm. The men were very nice, respectable and hard working. But they were also extremely slow. I live in a small apartment snd wasn't moving much. By 10 pm they were only half way done, I was told they would face to come back the next day at my expense. I would give no stars if I could. Horrible moving company to deal with. good luck if you use them. especially if they break anything or ruin furniture. they will never pay you for the value of what your property is worth or even come close to the value. Definitely look into other moving companies.
I don't even want to give 1 star but it's required. Absolutely the worst moving company I have ever gone with in my life. I paid my $100 deposit and booked my move a week early. Was told I'd get a confirmation call the night prior to my move. Never got a call so I reached out to them around 5pm and they couldn't find my name on the schedule. If I could give this company minus stars, I would. Never have I ever experienced three morons who had absolutely no idea what they were doing. I needed a sofa and love seat moved downstairs and the downstairs sofa and love seat moved upstairs. Easy enough but not for these idiots. I just called the manager back after not receiving my claims package and since I had Additufe on why no one got back to me for the damage that shouldn't be done with professionals he asked me if "he should keep the same energy I'm talking in back towards me". DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE!!! They told us they would be there at 11am & we were their 2nd move of the day. They showed up at 3pm, advising us that they didn't think they would be able to do the job & we were the 3rd job of the day!!!! I choose "All My Sons Moving and Storage" based on reviews from a different site. I only had a dresser, nightstand, couch, chair, ottoman, tall clock and 10 boxes to be moved. Had an appt scheduled for btw 8 & 9am (first move of the day) on a Saturday. *Please note, a big red flag, as another reviewer noted, the positive reviews, suspiciously, are written in the exact same format, "greg and steve were super fabulous, our move was great!" etc. Absolutely effing horrible. As in psychodrama scam level. "Mike" was super nice and friendly when I called for info and pricing on moving a small one bedroom apt about 5 miles.
