They were horrible. Showed up a day late. Told us to meet them and they never Showed up on the schedule date. Didn't really care that we had to sleep on the floor. When they git to the new place they could bring furniture up. Left things apart. Door,railing,furniture. Ect. When asked if they were going to put things back together they told me to take out my wallet or they were done. $500.00 for this horrible experience. Don't hire them they are very unprofessional.

I didn't even want to give this company a single star. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a business. They didn't follow through with a single promise that they made.The customer service I received was HORRIBLE. It took three attempts at rescheduling for the actual crew to arrive. After explaining at detail what would be put into storage and how, I left for a short time and when I returned they had left, and my storage unit was an absolute disaster. UNPROFESSIONAL AT ITS FINEST!! Told they'd be there after 11 didn't show up til 2:30 without mask during COVID. Came in a truck with a non functioning ramp which caused increased move time. Only came with 1 dolly for 3 workers. Took smoke breaks over my furniture while in the middle of the move. Dropped sofa pillows on ground outside. One worker spent more time focused on hitting on me than the move, even calling me babe. The rolled a glass from a glass table instead of carrying it. Horrible company! Booked move over a month ago, paid the $100 deposit and was guaranteed 3 movers who would arrive between 8:00am and 10:00am. Even called 2x in the coming weeks to confirm. Day of move, 8am nothing. 11am, nothing, 1pm nothing. Finally called and spoke with Mike and was told they accidentally went to their afternoon appointment in the morning and that it was "human error". They never called to notify us of this mistake. Terrible, terrible, terrible! Workers damaged the piano and they denied it. I called the company and the employee didn't seem to care about the damaged piano. He was rude and condescending. Never use this company

Extremely upset with All My Sins movers. They quoted a price then charged over $100 more for a partial move, they called it. Two movers; one was professional; the other banged furniture into walls, asked to use the bathroom, asked for water and ate candy from my candy dish. They were 5 hours late. A piece of furniture was damaged and had to be disposed of. Glass shelves to a cabinet were either damaged or broken because they disappeared. I filed a damage claim and after two months I was offered a settlement of $42. ... read more

Fake movers!!!!! Watch out!!!! This company overbooks on purpose and cancels on people who they don't get to. Their operators will tell you they will arrive and then just not show up. I ended up having to do the moving myself. Luckily my friends are reliable - unlike this business. Save yourself the stress and time and go with NES movers instead. That's a real moving company. I would give zero stars if it was an option.

So I waited a week to post this to see if they would get back to me but no response. First off let me start this off by saying the actual movers were great and did a top knotch job. Their managers on the other hand need a lesson in customer service. I was told that a Sunday pick up would be in the afternoon after 12 and they would call and give me at least an hours notice, that didn't happen they called at 1130 and said theyd be there in 5 minutes. This moving company is terrible. They told us there would be a 100$ deposit just to lock in the day that we could cancel at any time. We are going through a terrible time closing due to COVID. Our moving date was pushed out 3 months, so at that point we would rather cancel. They won't refund the money when the sales person said it would only lock in the day that we can cancel. It's ridiculous.
