Did not show up on scheduled move date. Had to call and check in myself. They did not update until late in the day to say not coming. This date was booked 4 months in advance. No money was taken off for move.

Chris D. This was one of the worst moving experiences I have ever had!!!! While the guys they sent were very nice the process, the organization, and the after the move activities have been a nightmare and are still on going. The movers showed up 2 hours late, even though the manager told us "they were in the city, just having trouble with the address should be 2-3 minutes". I call the driver to help with directions and they are at Walmart 45 minutes away. They finally show up and one of the two workers tells us he hurt his shoulder and cannot lift anything. The entire day he only wrapped items and watched his coworker work while my fiancé had to help with all of the hard lifting. I scheduled a move with All My Sons over a month in advance. When it was scheduled I left a 100% refundable deposit. I was slotted for a morning move. Two days prior to my move I got a call saying I would be sometime after 11 am, clearly outside of the window agreed upon when the move was scheduled. When I was emailed a confirmation for the move the estimate in writing was more than was discussed over the phone. Do NOT use this moving company. We booked them for a move almost a month in advance only to find out weeks before we were moving that we were their second move of the day. They gave us an 11-3 time frame, showed up at 3:30 when it started raining for 30 MINUTES and decided they couldn't move our stuff for us because they didn't want it to get damaged. DO NOT HIRE!!!!!! My mother hired these "movers" to move her 1 bedroom apartment. She booked weeks in advance for a day move. We were ready to go at 8 am when they said they'd arrive. They called us and said they wouldn't arrive until 11 they then called to push it back yet again to 2. When I called to find out what they were doing the owner was condescending, rude and gave the excuse his guys were exhausted and one didn't show up. How is that a way to run a business? Horrible company. Set up moving time over a week before the move.I had to coordinate between two assisted living facilities & their maintenance personnel so it was agreed "after 11".Furniture & belongings were to be picked up curbside & delivered curbside.No packing just load & unload the truck. Multiple calls & movers arrived at 3:45pm.!!!!!Was told "I said it would be after 11."Very poor service & attitude.Would NEVER recommend them.
IM BEGGING YOU TO NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. My husband and I have used this company several times before with no issue, until this weekend. We were scheduled for a big move yesterday (June 27) with them being scheduled to arrive sometime after 11am. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! After using All My Sons two times for previous moves and referring them to other family members who used them, we didn't hesitate to book them again for our next move. Big mistake! They have gone so far downhill it's not even funny. They were scheduled to arrive after 11am day of move. They had another move to do earlier in the day.
