I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER. I booked an 11a move, I was called at 730am by Andrew(?) the day of the move to ask if I could accommodate a sooner time as they had several cancellations. I agreed, and for my trouble I was offered $50 off. The move came, the movers did not pack anything, I only noticed the use of packing tape. Never EVER do business with this Company. I do not leave reviews often, but when experiences are as TERRIBLE as they were with this company, I feel that it is warranted to alert everyone else to STAY AWAY. The team that was sent to help us abandoned us half way through the move, leaving us high and dry and forced to scramble to find another company to help finish (and therefore having to pay a premium to get someone last minute). I hired this company for a move, because a friend referred them to me. The movers did a good job, but the people at the office had horrible customer service practices, disrespectful, and downright nasty, basically calling me stupid. They never called to confirm my move even after i paid the intial deposit. Pure Evil!!! All My Sons Moving was the only company who charged a minimum of two hours of service; all the other companies charged a minimum of three hours. The All My Sons representative stated that the move shouldn't take more than three hours and that their office was only about 15 minutes away from my mother's residence so travel time would not effect the cost of the move. Terrible terrible company! Don't be fooled by their trained salespeople on the phone. Kids that are working hard with little training. Not professional movers. Poor equipment. My wooden bureaus were chipped and slivers of wood broke off(no covers), my lamp top was sheared right off! They dropped my file cabinet down the stairs and broke wooden step in half! ZERO STARS. This company is so unprofessional, dishonest, and careless. On moving day, the one thing you planned to count on for dependability is suddenly a crap show. The movers came 45 minutes late, and the guys appeared in a rush. Two movers were working fast and hard, but the third one, "dopey" was preoccupied with taking drinks and hanging out in the truck most of the time. Please please please do yourself a favor and do no use this company. I signed a contract with them only to see the bad reviews after. I called and spoke to a manager that reassured me that the bad reviewed were all due to Covid. He even offered to give me his personal cell phone. I agree to go forward...worst mistake I ever made. We were told we would have 4 movers-only 3 showed up....one was deaf. They had no tools with them or straps for our furniture. They showed up and decided not to move my beds and upstairs things because it was too difficult. Next day company sent a second set of movers who did move my beds. Ran over my new mailbox. This company has a management problem. I would never recommend them to anybody. Poor management poor choices
They need to train there movers. Received a quote over the phone. Two young guys came didn't know what they were doing. Stripped the bolts in one of the beds didn't know how to take apart. They took all the bolts out when they should have just lifted the side boards up out from head board and footboard. Didn't put any thing together. Don't believe they ever moved anything before.
