Terrible communication and over charged for time spent moving. Recieved no email confirmation!
Should not be in business, my experience with them was a nightmare. I was scheduled to move at 11 AM. Movers never arrived, all day every time I called Mike told me they would get to me eventually and to just wait for a call. They never called me. Finally when I called back at 8 PM, they told me they could not move me on that day but would arrive at 8 AM the next morning. Again, they never arrived. All my sons moving has got to be one of the worst companies imaginable. A total disaster. We had them scheduled weeks in advance for a move on August 29th. We waited hours while they gave us the runaround eventually they never even showed up. They claimed they would come the following morning at 9:00 a.m. The guy Mike who answered the phone lied to my face and said the truck was on the way! An hour later no truck. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Scheduled a move for 8/30/20. I received a confirmation email and phone call that they would arrive at 11AM. They never showed, never even called to say they weren't able to make it. I called their corporate office down in Texas and they apologized and said they are not able to get ahold of the Attleboro office. After they already took $100 out of my account for a "deposit". Complete scam.
If I could give a zero I would. They through things in a box. Done pieces of China were broken because they there things on top of it. Trailer was sitting in my drive way for a week. My neighbor told me. It took over 2 weeks for my stuff to be delivered. Management had no clue where my stuff was. Don't ever hire this company.
DO NOT USE THEM!!! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! Will NEVER recommend! I scheduled my move with them in EARLY July. For a move out day of August, 3rd! 1. They never called to confirm. 2. According to Mike and Dan I WAS the FIRST MOVE of the morning (I needed a morning move) I only found this out - BECAUSE I called to confirm!!! 3. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They lied about what they would do, they did not send enough people, they smashed irreplaceable artwork and punched holes in furniture, they DID NOT FINISH THE JOB (they just left) PLUS they played fast and loose with the estimate and the final bill. They called me a liar!!! when I called to complain, and said I couldn't prove my valuable desk did not already have a hole in it. See the Facebook group for All My Sons horror stories - including stealing things, not showing up, and BEDBUGS!
Worst moving company ever. The movers were late, super slow, super rude, and the worst part is they totally broke my dresser, which is unusable now. They won't take care in handling any furniture and they yell at you all the time. The company also charge you more than the average price. When I called to complain, I got no apology whatsoever. They just told me they'll send an email for me to submit any complaints. Avoid this company at all cost.
Do not hire this company! They were supposed to show up first thing in the morning but never made it to my house. I got the same excuse as other reviewers...the movers went to the wrong house by mistake. I kept calling for an update every two hours to see what was taking so long and the owner would huff and puff when he picked up the phone, obviously annoyed by my calls.
