the site wouldn't allow me to confirm my e-mail address so I had to get a phone number from MENARDS, then it took a while for someone to answer back, was hard for me to understand at first, they said they would try to find a repair service to come to my house for service, but no one would work on Criterion brand washing machine, all stating that no parts are available so after trying to determine on phone any fixes, Allstate determined to pay original purchase price, I haven't received check yet but was notified I would rece... read more

Overall good. While it’s frustrating to have continuous issues the warranty actually paid the original price to replace the refrigerator when parts became unavailable. Thank you!
