Not much else to say. Sent my lens in and it was repaired in a timely manner.
Had to do a lot of paperwork/computer work to get the claim processed but in the end, very PLEASED with the service plan
Due to strong language accents it was difficult to understand clerks and initiate claim. Once management became involved my claim proceeded much easier. Took 12 days to settle claim.
I called up regarding my screen on the cell phone wouldn't come on and the customer service representative suggested various things that I could do to solve the problem but to no avail. The CR walked me through the process of returning the old phone and awaiting a replacement phone. The best part of the experience was receiving the replacement phone within 2 days incredible! I bought a security camera from Walmart, the camera would not work with my Wi-Fi I followed the instructions for return and it was very easy to get a reimbursement, I did not need to speak to anyone. I took my refund in the form of an electronic gift card, I don't recommend that because the card was in an email that I think I accidently deleted, and I don't see a way to recover it!
My claim was handled in a timely manner. Thank you!
