From start to finish all was a pleasure. It pays to have this protection.
I got immediate results for a defective battery operated chainsaw with which I had a problem with. The warranty that I bought from Allstate was not that expensive and was like a cheap insurance policy in case something went wrong. I am glad I purchased the extended warranty!
AllState Protection came through with a replacement TV that equals the one that was replaced.
Filing was easy and satisfying
Bought a 3 year plan but manufacturer comes with 2 year, so i really only got 1 extra year of protection, but it was cheap and well worth it. my snowblower died right after the manufacterer warrenty ended and allstate came through and paid me my money back without me needing to mail the machine somewere.
I emailed my concerned to All State Protection and their response was very quick. They undertook my concerns and offers to reimburse the money I paid for the printer by sending me a check for full price.
Had problem with service with my TracFone ,tried to contact company to get out resolved with no luck. Contacted Allstate told them what kind of problem Was having was given a refund for the phone. Thank you Allstate
