When my camera broke I contacted Allstate within minutes my claim was approved and was given a mailing label. I sent the camera and 3 days later I received an email telling me that my camera was sent to the OEM to get the repairs done. Received my camera fully functioning just like new. Thank you Allstate you saved me thousands of dollars.

I recently had my Roomba stop working, and the insurance plan opted to repair rather that replace. It has been working perfectly ever since. And they paid postage BOTH WAYS!!!

Communication clear and repair was quick
My son is away at college when his laptop's screen started having issues. Everyday he was without his laptop meant handwriting notes in class and hoping to find an open computer in the library. Allstate repaired the laptop and had it back to him in a few days. I'll definitely pay for the protection plan the next time I buy a laptop!
