It was quick fast and easy to get my money back on a defective device.
It took me quite a while to finally close this claim. I first contacted Allstate in October, 2024. Finally settled late May 2025 after multiple phone calls, follow ups, photos, videos, and boxing and sending this heavy item to yourRepair Center. Finally I ended up with a Walmart gift card which I clearly stated I did not want because I did not want to purchase this item again at Walmart — to no avail, I was sent a gift card/e-card anyway!!!
My device was repaired in about a week! The device looked like new all over again!
I had a great experience with my claim. It was handled quickly and from mailbox to mailbox took one week to get my headphones fixed.
I’m very pleased with the service I received!! I was able to get me a new luggage set with the refund for the luggage set that I could not set the code for.
