"I usually never get extended warrenties. But I decided to get one from square trade because it was cheap and seemed pretty good. I dropped my brand new Note 4 the next day after I got it and it cracked the screen. I sent it in for repair and I had it back like new in less than a week. Pretty good service! "I bought a 2 year warranty on Samsung Galaxy S4 last year, thinking I would never use it, having never dropped my phones before, well the inevitable happened, and on concrete. Even with a rubberized bumber, the chassis warped, the screen cracked, and the back plate cracked. "I bought the square trade warranty when I purchased by iPad in 2012. I was extremely happy that it was a 3 yr warranty and not just a standard 2 yr warranty. When I called SquareTrade they were pleasant and had a very easy process. I had 2 options. I was happy with both options . I choose to bring my iPad to the Apple Store for repair.
