"I recently purchased a new square trade waranty because of my most current interaction with them. I purchase a carpet steamer from Amazon about three years ago. Fortunately I had the foresight to buy a square trade warranty. Low and behold the steamer gave out and I couldn't remember if I purchased one and took a look at my Amazon which proved that not only did I purchase it I was still covered. They were prompt on arranging a service repair visit. The repair tech was courteous and knowledgeable.
