"SquareTrade is one of the best warranty in the business they are easy and get the job done while satisfing their costumers...heres and example i had an had an archos on 1 year manfacture warranty and their warranty wasnt one the best they kept sending refurb... products but once the year was up and squaretrade kicked in they just refunded all my money back with no hassle i didnt even ask they offered my money back...I Would Really Recommend this warranty company to everyone."

"Although I have not actually received the reimbursement check, I am thoroughly satisfied with the claim process so far. I submitted my claim but was asked to send more information which was not on file. I did that and the same day received notice that Square Trade was going ahead and process my claim for reimbursement. Therefore, I am happily anticipating the arrival of the full reimbursement for the item. Assuming all goes well, I will certainly purchase warranties from them in the future. "I purchased a laptop about 18 months ago that was refurbished with a full mfg warranty. I bought a two-year Square-Trade warranty to supplement and extend the warranty. The DVD drive malfunctioned. I contacted Square Trade and they quickly sent me a link to print pre-paid postage to ship the laptop to them. In less than a week, I had a full refund for the amount I purchased the computer for new. Great customer service. Fast response time to emails. I plan on purchasing warranties for all my major electronics purchases. "

"My experience with Squaretrade was wonderful! This was my first time ever purchasing a warranty with Squaretrade and I had a very good experience! "What an excellant experience! I had a spill mark on my ipod touch,I e-mail them,they e-mail a shipping label, I packed it and shipped it,they put the refund money in my paypal account all done in 3 days!!!!! How can you beat that!! With the money in paypal I went to best buy.com,purchase another one,picked-up locally in one day. Thank you so much, will add the warranty on the new one today."
