There's no way to get in touch with anyone at this company. The label sent by the repair company was placed on the box and dropped off at a FedEx. My laptop has been missing ever since, 9/27/24. Claim #092408524134. Still waiting for a response. Worst experience ever!!!

I don't like the fact that I purchased a full size air fryer with the 2 year protection plan. When my air fryer stopped working, they sent me an air fryer that looks like a toy. It's so small compared the the original one that you can't even cook much in it. This is a huge disappointment.

No store available for repairs in my area. No item replacement being offered. So the insurance was a waste of money. Item is broken and can't be used. No replacement or repair available to fix the problem.

I went to a local repair shop. Got it tix send invoice. Now they whant me send certificate of technician that is qualified. I took to a licensed repair shop, I paid my own money to get repaired. To pay for square trade is bad I will recommend my friends and family and all my costumers not to go to this all state . They owe me $165.00 I paid my pocket. They gave me a hassle about the receipt and not being in a certain format then want me to send pictures of the protection plan and of the item with a note of the date and time and detailed description on the note next to the item then have to wait another 2 days for it to be reviewed this have been going on for a month now
