This is a horrible experience. We have not received our replacement phones after waiting over 2 weeks. This is not acceptable for someone who relies on their phone for work and for family safetly. We had two seperate claims on two different phones. We received a phone last week that was defective and the other phone we put a claim in hasn't even been received. Still says "in review" on the website.

I don't ever, ever want to deal with them again. I have been dealing with a claim since Feb 4th, 2023, that was approved the same day and egift card paid out. I went to use egift card, gone, nonexistent, find out days later, when I HAD TO CALL, it was audited, because I had to show proof of purchase. So after claim was paid, I threw receipt away, I had to go back to retailer, have them find receipt, call allstate again, submit that, was told oh, 2-3hrs..guess what..nothhhhinng. call back, it was never escalated, so it gets e... read more
1st it took so long to come out. Then repair did not work. Going on almost 2 weeks and still not fixed now we have to wait again will never buy warranty from them again.
I was disappointed that they said the damage was covered and that they would refund my purchase of the plan!
Not worth to purchase insurance.
One of our Puretalk phones covered by the Square Trade/Allstate plan stopped working about 3 weeks ago. I filed a claim after a mix-up with policy coverage was cleared up. I took the Apple phone to a certified Apple repair facility as recommended by Allstate. After a wasted afternoon, nothing was able to be fixed by the repair facility, so I returned home. Device quit working after a year of use
Unresponsive communication and eleven days into broken down television and still no repair date scheduled. Waste of money this coverage.
