I was instructed to go to the manufacturer who was unwilling to help me. Reached out to Allstate and haven't heard back from anybody yet so I really can't say if I'm satisfied or not, yet.

Technician replaced main board but it immediately blew on test cycle.

Took multiple phone calls to get a Frd Ex mailer/ Fed Ex lost the package. Took 3 weeks and more than a handful of phone calls, but O finally got a check for my lost Fitbit. I am currently not planning to wear a watch

I am still working on my claim after 3 months trying to get my furniture replaced. I have spoke with multiple representatives and most have been helpful but just seem to pass my case along. I am hoping for this issue to be resolved soon.

This process took way too long. It was difficult getting assistance to begin with. I could not contact the manufacture. I had to call here to get assistance in a different way. It was too complicated. I finally got through and then the offer for a replacement was nothing compared to what I needed to be replaced. Instead of a tall 36 inch fan I was offered a little tiny 13 inch fan. When that issue finally got resolved.
