No, it’s August 15 and I still don’t have my money to buy my refrigerator back and I’m gonna be charging you guys on a daily basis of $150 a day for every day that it’s not here can’t blame it on the mail service you didn’t do your job First you were in such a hurry to get my policy stopped and give me a check to pay for my refrigerator and spoiled food and you still haven’t mailed it. That makes no common sense at all. Bad customer service.

Emailed numerous times when the refund check will be sent over 10 days the first round check then they voided it. The one that isn’t my name. That was my daughters I replaced.

My playstation controllers always break (stick drift) within 2 years, so after like my third failed controller I decided to get the "protection plan," and yep, this controller got stick drift after 1 year, so I went to my walmart account and clicked on "file a claim." That button directed me to create an account on the square trade site, but when I entered my email/password the site said "email and password don't match." I submitted my claim and promptly heard back from a representative. We were given three replacements to choose from none of which were the same as what we originally ordered the replacement came and it is much lower quality than what we had purchased. Very disappointing.
Didn't work and now it does!!!!
I spent a total of 1 hour and 20 minutes over 2 days with a representative who wanted me to fix the problem my self. A technician was schedul d to come 5 days later to address the problem and then I received a call the appointment was cancelled and u had to wait 5 more days. This totally unacceptable.

The first representative I talked to about making a claim was great and easy to understand. I had to call back to make an appointment for the technician to come out. Their appointment link was not working for me...However I gave low ratings for the second representative, Mustafa. He didn't sound enthusiastic to help, his tone was dull and monotonous. I had a heating pad break after only 6 months. All-State refunded me but not enough to cover the cost increase of the item plus the $6.99 I had to pay in shipping. Item wasn't stocked in store. I see no point paying for this service if I still pay out of pocket. Not a pleasant experience.
