The problem was fixed but now it won’t stay paired with phone

i purchased 3 solar powered cameras from Walmart. after a while they stopped charging.n i filed a claim and within 10 days i received check for 2. i have been trying to get refund for the 3rd one. i talked to a rep. filled out more information and was told i would geta check with in 10 days. now i get an email asking for pictures, serial numbers and lots more info. not ery happy with all this. and on ntopof all this have trouble understanding what the agents say becai=use of their forein accents

Yes I had Allstate protection on a pair of Samsung earbuds that batteries failed in about 5 months..I have yet to receive new ones or any feedback from Allstate over 10 days ago..so communication is Very lacking and replacement even worse.

My experience has been awful every time I try to get my situation resolved it takes an hour on the phone they originally agreed to fix my phone and nobody would fix it that they recommended. Then they agreed to send me a replacement phone and the phone they sent me was not the phone that I had but a phone that was about 7 years old and inferior to the phone that I had I have spent hours on the phone trying to get this resolved yet every month they have no problem collecting my payment this is a rip off

I am not happy with the replacement dehumidifier. It is undersized despite the specifications. It is not powerful enough to dehumidify my 800 sq.ft. basement, despite being rated for 4500 sq.ft.. I cannot get the humidity under 65%. It is pulling water out of the air but not quickly enough and the tank is quite small and hard to pull out. The product literature for this Airplus dehumidifier does not include any manufacturer information. Neither does the box. I assume they don't want to be contacted. Broken screen on a tablet. Came back new screen not secured to rest of tablet. Opened tablet cover, screen fell off. Stuff inside messed up. Will never buy an extended warranty again. What a rip off.
