There's just to many unsure statements they forward your warranty to another company for you to get paid then you can't reach that company. So you come back to Allstate and they give you a website to the other company that's no help. So you basically pay for insurance. For them to pawn you off on another company when your purchase fails so you end up getting screwed and not compensated.
Experience was very good with mostly everything except I never received the check in the mail. So I have say terrible..

The process from start to the end took 5 weeks to receive my check. The representatives were clueless. Every time I called they promised me the problem has been resolved. I will NEVER buy from a store that offers Allstate/Squaretrade insurance. Get your system in order for a quicker refund. 0 star rating

They sent me a very crappy scooter, thing isn’t even half as good as the one I originally had already. Thing barely worked and couldn’t even go 10 mph. So disappointed. I had to walk 3 miles because of it in the rain. So upset and disappointed to say the least. Customer service was the only good thing about this experience.

I got a tv for a very low price and I feel that since I paid so low they did not want to replace my tv with a new one instead they issued me a refund instead of just replacing my tv when. I purchased a warranty I expected my purchase to either be fixed or replaced not money refunded
Bad business with All-State. They gave me the run around & I'm still waiting on my refund now I would never deal with them again
