I paid $ 89.00 + the taxes on my item you shorted me by keeping that part I wasn't able to replace my tablet my gift card was short of what I paid so I doubt very much I'll be using your services ever again
I've already completed two of these to which you apparently don't pay any attention. I won't do a third.
I had to call a couple different numbers before I was put in contact with the right person. I explained the net has broken from the game, and that I would need a replacement net. I was told one would be shipped to me. I have not received anything, and now need to call back. It's irritating.

Took too many attempts to get it completed. Took approximately two months to get resolved. Should’ve been a simple solution for someone to resolve this situation Sooner.

No intentions of replacing or repairing the sofa. A waist of money.

Multiple calls and requests to speak to a supervisor. Calls outsourced overseas so Noone gives you the same two answers. I may not ever purchase another warranty from allstate.

We had the service tech out to fix our TV and he replaced the two control boards in the back. That did not fix the problem. The service tech was helpful and thorough and said he would submit that to the warranty. I got a message from Costco that the repair was successful and they would close my case, but that is not true. Our TV is still not working.

Allstate has been great, the problem is with the contractors, they are unreliable. It seems that Allstate would have the contractors on SLA's so they meet the service commitments they agree to.
