i got my money back once the inspection took place, my issue is that i spent my own money on the product yet the refund was a gift card forcing me to spend the money at the same place i purchased the original product.. i understand that i agreed to that when i bought the protection plan and it sure is nice to have had the protection but being forced to spend my money somewhere that sold bad product to begin with is annoying..

After multiple times being transferred from person to person on the phone two separate times regarding the same product warranty, I received one check that bounced and the replacement check had printing so faded, that the bank would not even attempt to cash it! Feels like a scam! Even the review experience is horrible! It is being *flagged* saying that I have profanity in my review, when that is clearly not the case.

Why pay for a warranty that doesn’t actually take care of the issue in a timely manner, but rather draw out the process to avoid fixing the problem. Extremely frustrating!

I made 40 attempts to take the pictures of my phone to register. I had already canceled my existing plan because as soon as I bought it I thought I was covered but it turns out I needed to submit photos and I could not so I called in to find out the next step and the guy on the phone told me that I was already covered by the insurance. Not like trying to find reasons to deny my claim.
First of all, the people over the phone are very nice to work with. However, I was very surprised my claim was denied because it was related to weather. My canopy cover developed multiple rips and I reported that it happened from wind. Since this is an outside product, I was very surprised the insurance did not cover weather related issues. I did not say it was during a hurricane or tornado but just during a day when it was very windy.
