Initially I called to file a claim and was given an unsatisfactory solution. I was told to take my large outdoor griddle to a service center for repair. The griddle is large and heavy, I do not have a way to transport it. The service agent was not able to help me. I was told to call back because his computer was down. I called back in an hour and i got the same agent but he still had to go thru the same spiel before he said that his computer was still down and to call back. I purchased the warranty in the event of a problem with the 6 chair pads. Now 1 set has become damaged/defected due to the outside elements or other; I'm being told to provide pics and being harassed about a simple replacement set. We purchase extended warranties on all of our TVs from Costco. Our Vizio TV just quit working after 2 years. We called Allstate Protection and first, they sent me a TV that literally had a remote that you could not input the channel - just up and down arrow. Also, the TV was not highly rated. Although my claim was approved and processed quickly, I have not received the Walmart gift card that was supposed to reimburse my expenses for repairing my covered Dell Laptop. Twice I have returned to Allstate and still I have not received my Walmart gift card that was supposed to reimburse my expenses for repair. There is a serious breakdown in communication between Allstate and Walmart that I do not know how to fix.
