not happy that they want to replace a 698.00 tv with one you can buy for less than 300.00
I have contacted squaretrade twice about the Amazon Fire HD 10. The system is having major issues such as slow startup, Very slow when you are working with it, The battery drains very quickly usually within 2 hours after being fully charged, the SD card is not recognized after you shut it down and start it the next day soall the games and the items you collected the day before are gone. Went through squaretrade to get my phone fixed and i left the repair shop with even more issues with my phone.

It's been well over two weeks it's taken just to get a replacement phone now I'm waiting for my reimbursement for the first repair done on the phone we will see if I change this review or if I add to it's negative results......

When I called to schedule the repair for my htc vive goggles I asked what I needed to send in. The answer I got was goggles and cables only. So i sent those two items. Waited 6 days got an email saying they were not able to repair because I didnt send in the lighthouses, controllers, power hubs, and whatever else was missing. Now I've been waiting 8 more days to receive my headset back and still have not recieved

i was happy to find out that i had purchased squaretrade for my tv after finding out that it had broken only after a year. however the website is outdated and just tells you to call support. i call support and the agent has me put my info in and says he will send an email requesting photos for verification on the damages for the tv. i wait a few weeks no email, i contact them again and the agent is rude to me and i request an email and he sends in immediately. i take the photos and send them in and my case is approved and i ... read more
