I GOT MY PERTECTION MONEY AND IT'S REALLY SO COOL TO BE WITH A COMPANY WHOM HAVE YOUR BACK IN GETTING PAID BACK IF YOUR PRODUCT TEND TO JUST DON'T WORK ANYMORE FOR YOU. SO IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THIS COMPANY WILL BACK YOU UP. JUST MAKE SURE YOU PDF ALL YOUR COPIES OF YOUR SALE RECEIPTS AND UPLOAD THEN.

I’m always trying to be cautious and insure any big items I purchase but when items aren’t covered due to natural disasters beyond my control it’s a waste of money. I’ve waste much money with insurance period.

Tried calling and was told to make an account. The password never worke. I eveñ ask for a supervisor who couldn't hear me. Send me to Apple support. I was on Cricket. Finally I called NFM the company were I bought the warranty to Get help one person listen to me and made a settlement. It took two weeks.

Customer service was wonderful the only issue is that I haven't received my check.

SCAM ALERT | ZERO STARS- I had items approved for claims, they even had me take a lesser amount that the item is worth for a supposed fast claim. You get an email like so: "Your Allstate Protection Plans claim has been approved for Fast Cash. We are processing your payment and you'll receive an email shortly once the payment has been confirmed. I had to make 10 phone calls into AllState for my issue to be resolved. I made a purchase and was trying to get a refund of money. Instead of getting my money back I received an egift card to be used at Walmart.
