I sent them all that they requested, including pictures of the damage item and receipt. Nothing was resolved.
I'm still waiting for a second gift card and these claims are from last year. It has taken this long and multiple times of me contacting you to get this straightened out. It's ridiculous!

the customer service over the phone was good. But the results are terrible. I'm going into about 7 weeks waiting for a Television problem issue to be resolved. That should have taken only a few days no more than a week. I don't want to go through all the details. But I called to file a claim due to my tv braking down. The end result they are supposed to send me a check that I'm still waiting for. Very disappointing
If I could give them a negative 10 I would. The customer service completely ridiculous.
It was not a good experience. Allstate deferred me to Roku and gave me a phone number which defaulted to a corporate number which no one ever answered. I had to call Sam's to escalate the situation.
