Just reminds me why I never by extended warranty's, waste of money
I'm still waiting for my necklace to be fixed or replaced, after filling out several emails through sams club warranty. Never again will I buy anything or refer anyone to Sams club for jewelry

I purchased a PS4 remote, and the warranty for a DualShock 4 remote I bought at Walmart. 2 months later my remote started glitching and messing up. I called for a replacement, and they said to call Sony because it was still in warranty, and if they had any problems, SquareTrade would deal with it. Compre una maquina de cortar pasto en Walmart que salio malísima supuestamente aun tiene la garantia del fabricante pero solo se hechan la bolita uno al otro el fabricante me mando a un lugar para reparar la maquina lo cual me costo 80 dollars y el gusto solo me duro 33 dias y la reparación ya no tiene garantia pues solo dura 30 dias.

Still n the midst of sending in item needing repair. But there has to be easier options for return delivery where customer signature is required. I suggested several, was told none would work. Can’t be the only one with this issue.

I was required to take a few photos and send them to them via email. They looked them over and found there true problem. I was not impressed with their computer system telling me there was nothing they could do. The reps on the phone verified there was a problem and they handled it by sending me a new tv.
