i purchased a corded hand vac on 11/22/22 during the BLACK FRIDAY SALEs and i purchased a 2 year protection plan coverage began 11/22/22 and coverage ends 11/22/24.. In less than 6 months it stopped working when i filed my protection plan claim it was denied and i was told to contact the manufacturer for help based on the manufacturer's warrantys. but i paid for a 2 year warranty but i got only 1 year of coverage

After a two week wait to get a repair person out, we find he had to order new parts. Now we receive a message as they are awaiting approval from the warranty vendor before proceeding. No ETA. So, we are working toward having our appliance down for a month. Thisis not what I consider WARRENTY SERVICE-a warning to those who think the Allstate service will fix you purchase on a timely basis. So far not the case.

Called to report a non-functioning PC and within 10 minutes was issued payment for 90% of the purchase price.

It was no reason to purchase this protection plan when they still refer me to Nintendo

APP was far from seamless in what I needed. Had to reply to an email, still had to call and then the check was for the wrong amount. Had to call again to get it resolved. Training with employees is still needed to get this process to feel easier. It's worth the hassle but not sure why creating the hassle seems to be the norm with every insurance company on the planet.

I've purchased many protection plans with square trade and have used one or two in the past but this last time left a real sour taste in my mouth. After meeting all the requirements of the automated system I wasn't able to resolve my issue. Submitted claim and was told apple was responsible, then apple said no, then Allstate said they would repair, not replace. Still don’t have my watch back but what a hassle!!

Made two appointments and the guy never showed up after waiting at home two different dates. Called in and was told three separate times that we would be called back the next day. No one ever called back so we kept calling. Then to be told there is no one to fix it. Had to return parts that were sent. This is not good service at all. You guys really need to do better. Horrible customer service.
