Very timely communication and speedy turn around of repair.
I was able to file a claim and approved to be reimbursed for the price of the item that was damaged. Unfortunately, the taxes and shipping were not included but my claim was approved and credit was received within a day.
Fast service and it was fixed and shipped back to my home answer
The simple flip phone I was using went through the washing machine. Talking with the representative helped me get a replacement phone. This was quite simple and easy to accomplish. Thank you. Greg
Replaced the item that quit working. Gave me three different items to choose from rather than the one that went bad . Only trouble was never got a tracking number, came home and replacement was on porch

Putting a claim in was easy, and painless. They fixed my computer and returned it to me at no charge. It made adding the Insurance price well worth it when I purchased this computer.
This was a plan that was purchased just to be safe when I bought a new recliner honestly never thinking I would ever have to use it.....The recliner tore up within two and half months, Allstate was notified. They asked for photos for proof, they were sent and a fair settlement check was received within a few days...Highly recommend.
