Slow and cumbersome to deal with to start with, but in the end when a repair shop wasn't closer than several hundred miles away a refund was given to purchase another Realtree XD 24 volt UTV kids riding vehicle. Frustrating to start with when it moved as a snails pace but once I contacted the right person things went well in the end.

My pool had gotten damaged from wear and tear and I needed to use my Allstate warranty to replace it. When I first contacted an agent through the online portal the agent told me I was going to have to take the pool somewhere to be fixed and that I was going to have to pay upfront out of my own pocket then they would reimburse me. I appreciate how easy it was to get my refund. The only problem I have is that there is no way to dispute what the refund will be before accepting. In the past, I had to push to get the full refund.
