I spoke with a gentleman who was so kind and helpful! Trust me when I say I am old and this new fangle stuff, like sending a picture of my product, escapes me. The rep helped me to try to send the picture and stayed calm and respectful the entire time. I cannot say enough of how much he was kind. After several attempts ( probably 30 minutes) he was so kind about getting a supervisor to see what other options there were.
