Spoke to agents who were reassuring but so far have not received a replacement b
My experience was brief as I returned a TV to Walmart and thus had to cancel my warranty program with Square Trade. I received a refund check within a week, no problems. I wasn't expecting that.
Ask that u contact manufacturer if still support under warranty then if not they will work to resolve.
Filed claim in feb sent it off over a month ago and no one seems to know where my phone is the tracking number don't work and im out $200

Needed to replace Fitbit because of cracked screen. Reported issue and replacement arrived within three days, no questions asked
Called the company I paid to insure my product and they gave me nothing and on top of that any real assistance. When asked for help they knew nothing and not how to help me. Would not use them again.

Product broke, filed a claim, had my replacement check within a week. Nothing to it.
I don’t know why I bother. These protection plans never cover what you need them to. My watch stopped working and took it in to apple to get fixed. It was still under warranty but due to a hair line crack on the face, which I didn’t care about nor notice, apple was gonna charge me to fix the face before they fixed the much bigger issue and charge me the cost of another watch, and of course, square trade doesn’t cover the hair line crack! So it’s not even worth fixing and therefore the extra coverage on my watch was a waste!
