I still don't have my issue resolved. My laptop screen had half of it go black. After several calls and being on hold many times, I finally got them to agree to send me the Fed Ex box to package my laptop to ship and get it fixed. Well, here I am 10 days later...still no box has arrived and I have already called twice about it. The incompetence is unbelievable. had a portable AC unit blow up a week before the warranty was set to expired SquareTrade not only took care of me but replace the unit due to the fact that I could not find a local repair shop to make the repair
Product was sent back unfixed because of lag in time. BUt, i didn't receive an email stating there was an issue. I cannot find the email anywhere... it would have been nice to receive a phone call along with an email if NO response was forthcoming. I would not have made the effort to follow all the steps if i didnt' want the watch fixed. So, not the experience is NOT good, because now i have to do what was needed done and then resend the watch in.

I placed a claim on April 26. They said it would take a day or two. I contacted them via chat. Had to talk to 3 chat reps until it got done. Took over 1.5 hours!!!

It was very easy and quick to receive a refund for my printer that stopped working. They sent me a refund to be reused at Staples. I have been using this method because it seems that printers aren't made to last even 2 years these days.
Was forced to accept an inferior model under warranty, given no other choices. I guess the d-series means downgraded. I'm not happy with square trade and given the fact that i have enjoyed vizio tv's in the past after this 1 goes out that's where vizio will stay also, in the past.
