Received same damaged charger when computer returned
I did not receive an email letting me know my claim was approved. I found out when I logged back in for an update. Every other part of the claim was fast and smooth
Bought a power washer through Walmart online. Company was later found to be overseas and had a history of changing names to avoid honoring the manufacturers warranty. Square Trade simply refunded my money.
We were confused with the list of causes for return that we had to choose from Our problem was paper jam with noise.
Both of you are saying it’s a software issue and I’ve been told it’s hardware from my people,,, I’ve got a brand new computer that won’t hookup to WiFi

Received a full refund on my 6 month old Acer Chromebook. Was damaged when it slipped under a power seat on my car.
Don’t assume an employee is telling the truth about the warranty! I filed a claim after losing an earring. I had specifically asked the “associate”if it was covered if I lost it gardening or was just out and about. She said absolutely!! The insurance company was apologetic.. corporate was apologetic, the New Caney store said we will have to train our associates better. So read it before you buy it! May be good for electronics, but never buy it in anything else. It’s a joke!
